I have just recieved the July special “Liquid gold”, however what I didn’t hear you say was that it may make skin more sensitive to sunburn so a high factor sun screen is needed. I am about to go on hoilday, it will be sunny . Do I take it with me to use or leave it at home for when I get back. I am trying to remove/heal some raised pores on my cheeks caused by spots that havent healed good.

Hi, I am 17 year old girl and I get spots on face. Some of them I popped them. Therefore, there are black marks on my face. I want a cream which can solve or control the problem.

    How often should I exfoliate?
I have combination skin that is prone to breakouts and have read that people should exfoliate twice a week. However, when I do so, even limitig it to just once a week, I find that it brings out a never ending weekly cycle of spots. I do not use the harsh abrasive types but instead opt for gels and creams made by Decleor and Elemis.
What am I doing wrong? Should I cut out cream/gel exfoliants altogether and go back to the old fashioned method of a flannel?

    Hello Alison,
Can you recommend a cleansing balm, a good day and night cream and a serum/oil, please? I prefer natural ingredients, that smell good and don’t mind paying more for the right ones. My skin is light/to medium skin with a slight oily zone down the centre and a few thread veins around the nose area. I am 51 years so I need help with anti ageing. Many thanks for your views.
