Hiya Alison. i would be very greatful if you could advise me. i have suffered from osteoarthrits since my late 20s. i am now 51 and menopausal..i have been on medications for just over 20 years.the problem i have now is my nails..i was very proud of my hands and nails and kept them looking good. but over the past few years they are just getting worse all the time. very bad ridges, but i managed to cope with those with products from you. the trouble now is i have to keep them short, because when they start growing, they’re curling under instead of growing straight. when i touch them it feels like the bed of the nails have collapsed…i would be very obliged if you could recomend something plllzzz lol..thanks a lot Alison. yours sincerely Theresa x

    Hi Alison
I’m very late 40’s and have very dehydrated skin under my eyes. I don’t really like drinking water, although this would probably help, and I know I don’t get enough sleep, but could you suggest an eye product that may help?
    Many thanks. Debbie

    hi alison,
    i’m very confused .
i’m 41 years old and of pakistani origin . I use bare minerals light shade makeup at the moment. I have a slightly shiny t zone and normal / dehydrated cheeks.
I’ve noticed over the past few years that ive been getting visible pigmentaion spots. I have about several.I have read about spot correctors but dont know why some say to apply on the whole face and others on the spot area?
Dont know what moisturiser to use day/ night and also any
    corrective treatment.
I do not have any wrinkles or fine lines.
    Please help very confused.
I’m also confused over the best skincare routine for my age.
Please help i spend ages on the internet researching but just end up confused.

    Hi Alison,
would appreciate some advise on 2 issues. firstly seem to be getting very dry eyelids recently, have not changed any skin creams or eye creams, have even put extra on in the evenings – is there something you could receommend to try?.
Secondly have now got into the routine of using Ultrasun 30 & 50 daily on my face and neck, however, i often put it on at 6.00 am and may not be home till 8.00pm and am in a car most of the day, so rays obviously coming through windows, therefore is on for well over 8 hrs – is it still effective?
    any help would be appreciated

Milia help – Unfortunately I have developed a Milia lump in the inner corner of my eye. (Hollow corner by the side of the nose). Rich eye creams cause problems but i have managed to rid them with Elemis Tri-Enzyme wash, but what can i use on this stubborn spot as it is so close to the tear-duct? Help!

    Hello Alison,
Unfortunetley Im useless at all tech things so not able to face book etc to contact you!!! I only hope this message gets to you as Im not sure what else i can do to get advice on resolving my skin issue. Ive never had problems with spots and blemishes but over the last months (Im now 50)I have developed circlular dry patches on my cheeks that can appear ‘bumpy’.No matter what I do they wont go away and Im embarrassed as they look flakey during the day. Please please can you offer me any advice on which face cream to use…
I currently use alpha h cleanser and gatineau eye cream and masks,I have just sent for aqua memory face cream to try next.
fingers and toes crossed you can help me look normal again as this is really getting me down.
    tracey x
