    Hi Alison,
I’m very happy with all of my skin care, all of which is purchased through QVC as a result of watching your shows. (My skin looks better now than it has for years.) My only cause for concern is my droopy upper eyelids, which droop so much that there is no point wearing eye shadow as it doesn’t show! I don’t have any droopiness in any other part of my face and I’m not overweight. Could recommend a product to help me address my eyelid problem please?
    Many thanks,

    Question for Alison-
I am in my mid twenties and due to illness and medication the area under my eyes have become very thin and sunken. I can see the veins come through and this makes my eyes appear darker. I do not naturally suffer from dark circles. Is there something that can help plump out the skin and get rid of my lines and wrinkles?

I have really really dry cuticles that the skin is peeling too, what would you recommend I use as hand cream on it’s own does not work and I am not sure what to use.

My partner is 40 and has bad acne scarring and still suffers from the occasional breakout on his face. He has red, oily skin also. He also has severe spots on his back that look black when up close? This affects his confidence greatly as he is in Management. Please can you recommend a skin care regime that will suit him. He currently uses Clinique but have seen no effects?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Alison,
I have tried and tested such alot of Beauty products from Qvc and have ”cherry picked”the one’s that seem to do the best for me and have ‘back up’s’for when my skin needs that bit more but the one problem i have which i can never get right is:- What is the best concealer? I have an uneven skin tone, few blotches which i want to hide.At the moment i am using L Geller balance/brighten in Fair but if i build up to cover my blotches i just look awful, too much foundation!! I want to have a natural finish, but a cover that gives me confidence.I am 58 but have looked after my skin and people think i am in my forties, but please Alison can you help me ‘ditch the build up’ please. Thanks for your time. Trisha
