Will Gowing On Sunday (6th October) QVC will be launching a Today’s Special Value kit from no!no!

no!no! is a system that offers a solution to unwanted hair and it can be performed in the comfort of your own home.

I caught up with no!no! expert, Selin Taylor, to find out what’s included within the Today’s Special Value and to answer some frequently asked no!no! questions…

I purchased my No No about 6 or 7 months ago. It was working fabulously and now seems to have lost its effectiveness. Nothing at all seems to happen when I use it now. I’ve changed the Thermicon tips and no change. This is very frustrating. Should I return to QVC? Ring Customer services? Its an expensive purchase if it doesn’t work after the 90 day trial period. Please advise ….. thank you.

@Ali G: Thanks for your message. You say that you have changed the tips and are not seeing the results you started off seeing.
If you don’t mind me asking – are you definitely buffing and moisturising after your treatments? The no!no! should instantly remove the hair as soon as you use it and if you are not getting the odour then something is definitely wrong here.
Ensure that the heat setting is as high as is comfortable, and that the tip is free of hair and is not obstructing the roller in any way. Clean using the included brush if necessary.
It may be best you talk through the issue with our Freephone customer care line. So please call 0800 4081670, where an agent will be more than happy to talk through your issue whilst you have the no!no! in your hands.
You can also visit http://www.howotonono.com for more tips.
Please let me know if this helps.

    @ Marie Mackintosh –
Can I ask where you are using the no!no! as each area does involve a different technique.
I would recommend mastering the glide over a large flat area, like the leg, before moving onto smaller areas like the upper lip or bikini line for example.
Remember to use 2,3 even 4 times a week on the areas where you want to remove hair and treat. Also, please do remember to buff and moisturise after each treatment so that you get silky smooth results.
You can visit: http://www.howtonono.com for more tips and tricks.
If you would like to speak directly to a dedicated no!no! agent please call us on the Freephone number: 0800 4081670, as we really want to help you get the best results.

    @ Una Moyse –
Hi Una, thanks for your message. Your no!no! is actually very smart and the indicator symbol which flashes up on the bottom right hand side of the display panel will tell you when you need to change that particular tip. The no!no! will flash red once the tip needs changing so this will also tell you that the current tip is no longer effective.
As far as the buffers are concerned – just keep using them until the feel very flat and longer have a fine grain. Depending on how often you use your no!no! this will change. I personally have kept buffers for around 6 months until I’ve needed to change them.
    I hope this helps,

I bought the Micro when it was a TSV and am in the process of sending my third one back. All three have a problem with the battery where it’s not holding the charge after around 5 minutes use on the face. Have noticed on the reviews that I’m not the only one. Have previously had the pro so will be looking at the TSV on Sunday.
