Spring in the air? (well, maybe just a bit)

Yellow daffodilsHi everyone,

Hope you're all well and loving life!

Judging by some of the sunny starts to the day we've had recently, it does indeed feel as if there is a bit of spring in the air. Lets hope so! My thoughts do go out to all those who've been suffering because of all the adverse weather there's been of late.

I've put up the photo of some daffodils my friend brought me. My absolute favourite flower. Don't they look lovely? To me they're like seeing a rainbow after a storm…they just seem like a symbol of hope, of sunnier and brighter times ahead!

Anne post-operationWhat looks less lovely is this other photo (taken by the same friend incidentally)!

For those of you who don't know, I had a shoulder op in January this year. This was taken a few hours later. I have to say that I think I look quite bright and cheery (even though she didn't give me any time to whack on a bit of lipstick or even run a comb through my hair!). It could be because she brought me grapes and chocolate bunnies! I do like her style!

Anyway, you lovely lot, I'm on the mend (takes a while) and although I won't exactly be demonstrating the bodyblade or doing any fitness shows anytime soon, I'm back with a bang  Midnight this Saturday with a cracking bareMinerals TSV – what a great way to return!

See the BareMinerals TSV in this video!

Looking forward to your company. Let me know how you're all doing, can't write loads, but I am getting there!

Lots of love and happy sunny thoughts 🙂

Anne x

Love from all the family, Liz.

Hi gorgeous Anne! I’m so glad you’re back! I just love you! You’re just infectious! In the kindest way I mean! How is the shoulder? I imagine it really was/is very painful? Did you get a lot of physio? I see it’s your right arm..awful when you’re right handed. Can’t do simple things! Take it easy. No cuddling Sophie! Lots of love x

    Thank you Beth.
Glad to be back. No chance of overdoing anything though. I need to be careful. It’s all a bit softly softly which doesn’t really fit in with who I am but I’m behaving (for the moment!!!)
    Stay in touch
    Anne x
