Show us how you’re making a change for 2016 #QVCWellbeing

The New Year has always been a time for making positive changes and looking at ways to make the best of ourselves. Whether you draw up a list of resolutions and try your hardest to stick to them, or have a few vague ideas about the improvements you’d like to make, January is a great time to think about goals and put the wheels in motion!

Here at QVC, we want to help make these changes as easy (and fun!) for you as possible which is why we’ve launched our Health and Wellbeing campaign full of ways to inspire you on the path to a healthier and happier you, in all areas of life! We’ve also launched a fantastic Healthy Living page on our website which gives you the lowdown on all of the products you’ll only find online, as well as a few extras to motivate and inspire!

To celebrate this new year of improvement in 2016, we’re running a competition all through January which is all about sharing the changes you’re making. Just made a super healthy juice or smoothie? Been out for a run? Sampled your first Diet Chef meal? Snap a picture and post it to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, including @qvcuk and using the hashtag #QVCWellbeing. Simple! All of your entries will be entered into a random prize draw, with the winner receiving a fantastic Wellbeing Hamper worth over £500!

After suffering a mild stroke in October last year, I am trying to get my fitness back by doing a little exercise each day, and building it up gradually over the coming weeks. I am using a cross trainer for my legs and the Spin Gym for arms, shoulders and hand co-ordination. I’m hoping to get back to my former self soon!

2015 was a very challenging year! I have been really ill & it culminated in an operation on my eye. It’s 2 days since my op & I’m vowing 2016 will be full of challenges but positive ones. I’ve got all the tools to help me; my Vitamix, retro juicer, Bamix a gentle exercise programming. So for me everything begins in February! We can all go forward together!!

The last 20 years have been horrendous for me, bringing up 3 children on my own after my ex went off with a younger model when my youngest was 5 months old. Leaving me with no money. Unfortunately I turned to comfort eating & as a result have put on 10 stone! No willpower at all or incentive – the last few years I have been very ill with heart attacks among other things & seem to have no energy. I was gutted to miss the beauty bash for the 3rd time due to illness so wasted my hard earned money. Winning this may just give me the boost I need to make me give myself a complete overhaul & try to get fit & diet & eat sensibly for once.

I started to change my life 2yrs ago. So far I’ve lost 5 stone and aiming for 1 more stone by May. I took up spinning and cut out everything white, it’s been so hard but totally worth it. Gone down from a uk 22 to a 12!!
