Out of order!

Baby SophieHi everyone,

Hope you're all well and getting back to normal after all of the festivities. So how was it for you? Crazy busy? Was Santa good to you?

Chez Dawson it was all wonderful and, as you can see by the couple of pics of little Sophie, auntie Anne had great fun sorting out her Christmas Day outfit! Actually auntie Anne sorted that out when she was less than 2 weeks old!

We all had a fabulous time and I would go as far as to say it was one of the best!

You're probably wondering what's with the statement "out of order"!
Well that's me I'm afraid. In for a wee op tomorrow morning on my Anne's familyshoulder and will be "out of order" for the next few weeks 🙁

But hey-ho it'll all be good in the end and I'll be able to stop trying to get dressed one-handed in the mornings which will be such a relief. I tell you, Houdini has nothing on me. I'm like a major contortionist just trying to put a pair of leggings on! Honestly!

Anyway, I do hope you're all well and I absolutely wish each and everyone of you the happiest, healthiest and peaceful of years ahead.

Will be back on your screens before you know it.

We're made of strong stuff in Scotland!! (A bit like Irn bru!!) 🙂

Lots of love
Anne xxx

    Hi Anne,
Happy New Year! Belated yes. I hope your year has got off to an ok start? Lovely photos of Sophie and I’m so glad you had such a fabulous Christmas! I’m sorry to hear you’ve had an op..well will have done by now. I didn’t know you were going in as I don’t see the mornings. I hope it went ok. Shoulders and knees are tricky business so I really hope it went ok. I’m sure you can compare notes with lovely Kathy!!
    Take care,
    Susan x

    Hi Anne,
Glad to hear that you had a wonderful Christmas with little Sophie and all your family – she does look a cutie!
You take care, REST once you’ve had the op (you strike me as someone who is always busy so you may find this hard!) and I look forward to seeing you back on our screen when you are 100%.
    All the very best,
    Beth XXX.

Hope you are doing well after your shoulder op Anne! I’ve had a couple of ops on my shoulders about 4 or 5 years apart, but boy did they make a difference., like you couldn’t do anything with one of my arms for a while prior to ops., was like the one armed bandit…lol….I am sure you will be back to yourself in no time.
    Take care,

Thanks so much for all your kind comments and well wishes.
Recovery takes ages but I’ll be back on your screens this weekend. (But no fitness shows for a while :)!!)
It’s been an interesting few weeks to say the least and I’m delighted to be getting back in saddle as it were.
New blog coming up in the next couple of days.
    Hope you’re all doing well.
    Catch up soon.
