I blinked and May went by! How did June arrive so fast? It has to have been a lot of wedding fever and sunshine methinks!
So, let’s talk about the wedding! I couldn’t help but get caught up in the excitement and glamour of it all and it turned out to be the most wonderful of weddings to watch. Loads of us got together to watch the event followed by a big BBQ in the glorious sunshine that we have been becoming rather used to! Hilariously, behind these masks, our hair matches our faces! It did make me chuckle that I was smiling for the camera, despite the fact I was behind Meghan’s face!! (btw Spot the Kim & Co jumpsuit on my daughter!!)
As I mentioned in my last blog, Beth is out of action for the summer which is a real shame, however I have to say I am thoroughly enjoying time just hanging out in the field together. I popped by on my way back from work the other evening just to check on her (I don’t usually wear jewellery and a blazer to the stables!!) and couldn’t resist a quick selfie as she was playing ball for once… I actually think she’s camera shy as the moment I pick the phone up to take a snap, she looks away!
Someone who is not so shy these days in front of the camera is my daughter Beely and we couldn’t resist taking some pics as came upon a wool fair this weekend and found a little knitted couple having tea ….there are some wonderfully quirky things that occur in the Cotswolds and this is a fabulous little festival that takes place and the whole town gets decorated with all things knitted! It’s gorgeous!
Lastly, Brian and I had a lovely mooch around Notting Hill and Portobello on Bank Holiday Monday. It’s one of my favourite areas of London and I know this is a slightly odd choice of pic but I just love a bit of graffiti!! I’m sporting my MarlaWynne sleeveless top which is great for a warm day and travelling around as it just doesn’t crease, and Bibi Bijoux charm necklaces which I throw on with everything!!
So that’s my quick roundabout catch up for now, it’s half term week so we’ve got lots of exciting things planned!
Take care and I hope you’re enjoying some sunshine too
