My love of wildlife and another fabulous TSV!

This week has flown by!

I'm so excited about the Magniflex TSV coming up. I'll come onto that shortly. It is divine!

Well done if you guessed last week's mystery picture. A banana! Another at the end of the blog.

I love photography. I'm no expert but having worked in television for the last 20 years I've picked up some really useful advice along the way. I was visiting my wonderful uncle last week and we stopped off for a bite to eat and a little robin came by to gather some fallen crumbs. Isn't he adorable 🙂 it's hard to believe the little legs allow him to stand. So sweet.

RobinI love nature. Everything from a tiny snail (I don't think gardeners are fans though!) to an elephant. My Mum always said to me as a little boy… 'they're all here for a reason'. Even if it is a little annoying when a wasp is showing a lot of interest in your jam donut!

I struggle to pick a favourite animal but when we all sit down to dinner and strike up one of our random conversations we'll often turn to the topic of what animal we would like to be. My daughter would quite like to be a giraffe, allowing her to be taller than anything else! Me, I quite fancy being a golden eagle. The thought of gliding through the sky for hours on end sounds heavenly. What about you? I'd love to hear from you in the comments section below or on Twitter. I'm @mecharliebrook.

I've a few days off now and have plenty of tennis planned. Having said that, as I write this, it's now pouring with rain! Did you see the Djokovic and Federer final? It was truly epic. I'm gutted Federer didn't win but well done and congratulations to Djokovic. While off I also plan some early morning walks with my cairns to beat the heat. Although, now that it's raining, the heat may not be an issue. I may even manage a few more wildlife snaps… If the dogs don't scare the birds and squirrels away!

With all that activity, I'll need plenty of rest and sleep and on that note we have a fabulous TSV which I'm launching on Monday 14th July at midnight.

Magniflex TSV 1 Magniflex TSV 2

Most of us are familiar with toppers. This, though, is from Magniflex. They're a family run business of 50 years and are based in Tuscany, Italy. They pride themselves in superb quality and premium materials.

This is no ordinary topper. It can be used in so many ways. Featuring state of the art memory foam which feels as though it's dissolving to the shape of your body as you lie down. The topper is also a two in one. One side is the Coolmax cover which is designed to dissipate heat to give you a comfortable night's sleep in the summer. The other side is finished in Marino wool to help keep you warm and toasty during the chilly winter months. You can even unzip and separate the two, to share across two beds, or simply leave them together to encourage even more comfort and support! It's nothing short of fabulous.

Guess the picI've popped it on my bed and will let you know how I get on… I think I can probably already answer that. It's sublime! Z z z z – I love my sleep!

Ok, while I sleep on the job, here's this week's just for fun guess the picture.

Take care and sleep well 😉

I think your picture is a slice of cucumber Charlie. Love the picture of my favourite bird Robin together with my favourite spring flower Snowdrop they go very well together. I don’t think I would like to be an animal, they have a raw deal. Mother nature is so beautiful and living in the Lake District every season has its perfect beauty. At the moment the Ospreys have been busy here. unfortunately one fell from their huge nest, but the other is doing well. They love the fish from our rivers especially the Salmon. Look forward to seeing you on the 14th with TSV. Tanya x

    Hi Charlie.
We have 2 set’s of Robins nesting in the fir trees at the bottom of the garden. They like to sit on the trellis by the patio when the garden lights come on [ just to annoy Bella ].
I think I’d like to be a Humming Bird, as they never sit still,[ like me] never get’s tired, and can eat as much nectar [ sugar] with out putting on any weight….oh bliss.
The other day I had a peculiar bug sitting on the wall by the patio, not too sure what it was but I think it might have been the rare ” fly bee” I did take a photo I’ll send it on to you.
I think your fun picture is a cucumber.
Loved Viva Las Vegas gems the other night.
    Take care.
Love Debby and a Big Whoof from Bella.
