My holiday make-up bag

1

We have just come back from a weekend visiting friends down in Torquay, which was so much fun. We were just there for a couple of days, but managed to fit in a long walk in Dartmoor with our traditional stop off for a game of 40:40, a long day mooching by the beach pottering in and beside the water, two meals out, a barbecue, a jigsaw, charades and a generally fabulous time.

Now the school holidays have arrived (at last!!!) we have lots planned over the next few weeks. I absolutely love having the children home, so we can have some decent time together rather than squeezing in bits here and there between homework and school. Up next is camping on the Isle of Wight, a tradition that we cherish dearly and we have a new tent this year, which is super exciting… particularly after our caravan disaster last year… don’t ask!

With holidays and relaxing, of course, comes far less war paint, so I’ve created a list for you of what I took to Devon with me and I reckon it’ll probably be the same for the Isle of Wight. I’ll post a tutorial on how to get the most from it on my IGTV this week. Above is all I took with me for the softest and freshest make-up. You can see the following:

Bobbi BrownEssentials Eyeshadow Palette and Smokey Eye Mascara (I use Burnished Bronze)

Bobbi BrownLong Wear Eye Pencil (I go for Mahogany)

IT CosmeticsBrow Power Universal Pencil

BaremineralsMoxie Plumping Lipgloss in Rebel

PerriconeNo Make-up Make-up (in the TSV)

BaremineralsEndless Summer Bronzer

I think as a combination, they work so very well for a light, yet polished, finish for a summer face, so don’t forget to check out the tutorial later this week on my Instagram! Oh and of course, talking of Perricone, we have a fabulous Today’s Special Value this week, not to be missed!

Click here for more details on the TSV, which of course is jaw-droppingly incredible value once again for those of you looking for some serious skincare, created by a serious brain!

That’s it from me for this week, I’m off camping on the weekend and I hope that whatever the summer has in store for all of us, that we aren’t plagued by hot nights, thunder-bugs or sticky thighs!

Loads of love as always,

Pipa xx
