I’m delighted to tell you that Morning Style is back on Wednesday mornings at 10am, although I’m sorry that I didn’t let you know that it started last week! I was joined by Glen Campbell and we had a lovely hour chatting about fashion and showcasing some fabulous outfits from across many of the brands in the QVC wardrobe. If you missed it, you can have a look at all the different styles, including the accessories, here.
I’ve just received the line-up for this week’s show, which I will be sharing with Aisling McCloy. It’s a wonderful selection of clothes, boots, jewellery and hats from a variety of designers and I’d love to order a good half of it for myself! I really ought to limit myself to a couple of pieces but one of them will most definitely be these gorgeous boots in the teal suede. There’s another pair of rather funky Bronx boots that I like which I might wear for the show, along with a faux leather biker jacket from Bonnie Day – I have fun trying on lots of different looks before deciding what to wear.
Of course, our models always look wonderful and they often inspire me to try things that wouldn’t attract my eye while still on the hanger. It might be the same for you, so I do hope you can join us at 10am on Wednesday. If you enjoy watching QVC fashion though, you might like to make it slightly earlier to catch the end of the Morning Show with Simon Biagi and me as it will feature a stunningly stylish and great value dress from Nina Leonard as our Today’s Special Value.
It’s a silhouette this brand haven’t brought us before – designer looking and modern. It’s slim around the hem, which can even be hitched up to tunic length, and the side panels drape into a shape that disguises hips and tummy as the combination of cut and fabric is wonderfully non-clingy. We’ll have it in six colours, one of which is bound to be your favourite! Here am I wearing it in Moss, the other options are Sapphire, Rust, Dark Olive, Plum and classic Black.
But if dresses aren’t your thing there are plenty of ideas for you within Morning Style so let’s make that a date. See you there!
Until then, take care
