More Joules fashion, a Peony offer and sweet memories

Hello and welcome to my final blog of February. What an end to February it’s been with this unseasonably warm weather in some parts of the country, what’s it been like where you are?

Lots of news this week to report on; firstly I wanted to feature another piece of the Joules menswear collection that we have available at QVC and this week as there is still a nip in the air (and colder weather is set to return here according to the forecast), I am wearing a quilted jacket which is both lightweight and snug. We don’t have this exact one currently available but I love this one which is incredible similar, available in Navy or Brown. I’m actually wearing it here with a Joules shirt and the Joules gilet that I featured in my blog last week. It’s a great jacket that you can layer up on colder days or wear over a thin T-shirt or shirt as the weather gets slightly warmer.

I should also point out the boots that I’m wearing in the picture as they got a lot of attention on social media when I posted them a couple weeks ago! They are from Emu and called Shoreline Lo. They are actually a ladies boots which I am wearing in size 9 (I am a men’s 8 – 8.5 and the ladies 9 seems to fit perfectly). What do you think of the look?

We also have a Peony Today’s Special Value that I am launching this Thursday, the 28th of February. It’s a wonderful bouquet of roses combined with very on-trend stems of greenery. I really like the combination of the traditional and the modern as well as the beautiful glass vase it comes with.

The greenery is set in Peony’s Still Water resin but the roses are freestanding which means you can add your own fresh flowers or change the display completely which which is also rather good because the Auto Delivery option means you can receive another three arrangements, all with seasonal flowers that you can combine with the greenery for a year-round refreshed look to your arrangement. It also comes with a scent stick to further enhance the collection. In the photos you can see the arrangement at my friend Emma‘s house as I am still living in somewhat of a building site and Emma’s house is so beautiful!

Finally some exciting news if you’re looking to do some shopping on Easy Pay as this weekend at QVC is what we call Triple Day, where everything on-air is on three interest-free instalments – hurrah! The on-air day itself is on Saturday 3rd March but there are offers online right now so be sure to have a look and see what takes your fancy.

And finally a fun picture to end with: I was going through some photos the other day and found this photo of my niece Jasmine and I playing on the beach in south Wales (where my mum is from) during the summer of 2010. It really warmed my heart to enjoy the memory of playing around on the beach when she was only eight or nine and how quickly time flies; she turned 16 a couple of weeks ago!

That’s it for me, have a great week and see you soon.

Hugs as always,
Craig xx
