Mick Hucknall chats about his new album, ‘American Soul’

We were joined by Simply Red star Mick Hucknall on 23rd October for the Morning Show who came to talk to us about his new album, 'American Soul'.

Mick also performed a track from his new album, 'I'd Rather Go Blind' – first recorded by Etta James in 1968. Mick says “I’ve always loved Etta James and was lucky enough to have met her. An inspiration. She also sang a version of ‘Holding Back The Years’, which was a thrill for me".

Mick will also be returning to QVC on Saturday 27th October and here is the interview on The Morning Show with Kathy followed by his performance…
