Massive Liz Earle Deal! Plus Deb and Daisy in Devon

4

Firstly, if you are reading this before midnight on Sunday 7th July, you are eligible to get the latest Liz Earle bargain – the new Indulgent Rose Face and Body six-piece collection – at Today’s Special Value price, but you can buy it early, like, now! I’m not sure if stocks will last however, so click quickly on this link to see the full kit and buy it.

I must say it’s one of the best value sets I have seen in a long, long time, especially if you divide the price of £45 by six, incredible value for this top skincare and bodycare range . It’s your chance to try Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, Instant Boost Skin Tonic and  Skin Repair Moisturiser. Plus you’d have a present of a different cleanser too, e.g. if you wish to give it away (you will be tempted to keep it!). Furthermore, you’ll have the wonderful rose body products, so what is there not to like! Get it now or join me for the launch midnight Saturday, with the pre-launch at 9pm Saturday night.

Don’t forget we now give you a sneaky peak three hours early every single evening of the next day’s TSV. Tune in at 9pm nightly.

Debbie and Daisy in Devon

Here is my lovely doggie Daisy on our fabulous countryside walk this week. She is settling back in after her long holiday at my wonderful friend Jennie’s with her two Spaniels, and this week she had another gorgeous black dog called Lester to play with in the back garden. He is so slim for a 3 year old Labrador, and in very, very good condition, and completely playful. (Okay for ‘playful’, read mischievous, but very cute with it.)

We adore our country walks and now that (very sadly) her beautiful sister Gracie has gone over the rainbow bridge, at least we can go on longer walks and this week’s was gorgeous. Listen to the birds on this one. Check out my regular vlogs on Facebook as I always try to do one a day, when I’m in Devon. In this one, I tell you something funny that happened to me at the weekend, ask about a flower in the hedgerow, about canine cover suggestions, and take you down the country lanes for five minutes! Enjoy!

Daisy came to the market again this week with myself and my friend Alix, and laid quite happily by my feet in the George pub afterwards in Hatherleigh. The girls there are really kind as they get her a special water bowl and usually a couple of treats. Daisy I mean, not Alix! Lol. Dog was very good, and likes people.  I’m glad there are lots of people at my place during the weekends, especially now the tea room is open in the afternoons, plus my niece Becky is going to be there on Sunday as well. It’s ‘all go’ down in Devon!

This weekend’s highlights

Today, Friday 5th July, Prime Fifty return with Super Green supplements, a four week supply at a really, really reasonable price, go here to see and buy it for £18.50. I have been using green drinks for years, so highly recommend something like this.

Saturday 6th July, is jewellery day! With a lovely Radley silicon strap tortoiseshell watch. And many other deals through the day, including 10pm Diamonique with me and Michelle Mone. I will also be launching the midnight TSV at 9pm, as above. It will be very busy on Sunday, so get yours early.

Also on Sunday at 9pm I will be pre-launching the Silentnight Breatheasy hybrid medium firm pillow as Monday’s TSV, and you can buy more and save more. If you struggle to find a firm enough pillow, do try this one, it’s especially good for people who sleep on their side. I do love that we can even bring you things like pillows for you to trial, but make sure you give it at least two weeks before you make up your mind, as you should always do this for a change in sleeping habits.

Not only is Silentnight a brilliant brand, you also get the chance to try bedding on our 30-day money back period. Watch out also for the two-in-one double duvet – it has two togs, half warmer, and half cooler. The warmer side has less stitching so it can retain more heat to keep you warm and snug. The cooler side has clever channel stitching which helps to create cold spots allowing more air to circulate while releasing heat, keeping you cool. Made of snuggly hollow fibre it’s very soft as well, I’m looking forward to bringing it to you!

Spa day

Had a fabulous time on Friday with a whole day at a spa in Lingfield with family, lovely massage, facial, swim, Jacuzzi et cetera using up a voucher, and then a nice lunch. I wish I could be a lady who lunches and do that all the time 🙂 Even if I did look like a drowned rat afterwards ha ha.

Birthday Girls

Look at the faces of my pretty nieces Izzy and Lara, at their joint birthday party last weekend when they spotted the birthday cakes being brought in! Lots of family were there and I did not get a group shot with me in the foreground, for a change! Lovely to see everybody though. Saw a couple of the newer babies in the family: my mum’s great grandchildren numbers eight and nine who I had not met yet. Lovely day for it as well with the weather being so nice.

A bit of a posh do

I do love a posh dinner don’t you?  Last weekend I had a flying visit back to Devon for a special dinner with a top speaker! Make sure you watch the vlog on the link above for the funny story about what happened! I went with BFF Alix and my fabulous mate Sheila, and again forgot to get a photograph of all of us, I’m slipping!

Flowers from the Backyard

I returned home from holiday to see lots of beautiful blooms, and these were some of the best. We use little vases to put flowers in each of the guests rooms, and this week it did not take me long to find a wonderful array of varied colours, all from our backyard! What a lovely time of year this is for flowers in the garden.

Watch

Has anyone seen Good Omens? I’m putting it in here without having seen it. But one of the ladies this week was raving about it. We were talking about the books which had become TV series or films and which was best. And Good Omens got a big thumbs up. I must put it on the list! I would always say Outlander is a great one, as the TV series is almost as good as the books. I saw the DVD for Outlander in the supermarket, saying there were some extra scenes, I wonder what they are? It would be nice to get series 4 on DVD, if the extra scenes are worth it, as a little bit of extra Sam Heughan, playing ultimate hero Jamie Fraser, would never go amiss!

Book of the Week

I have to do another shout out for my lovely writer colleague Joanna Cannon as her book ‘Three Things About Elsie’ is released on paperback. It is a charming story, and really worth a read. See if you can guess what happens, I couldn’t 🙂

One of our authors this week staying with us down in Devon was Fiona Barton whose books also sound fab and that I will also explore. She is writing book four, and got thousands of words done while staying with us, which makes me very proud – especially when people send a finished copy of the book for our authors’ gallery shelves! She writes crime novels, and they sound really good, so I will be looking at some of the audiobook versions when I come to choose my next novel.

I was really excited this week to get an update by email claiming that there was a new Lee Child novel out on audiobook… Imagine my disappointment when I clicked on it to see it was all in German, it was just a German version of one of his Jack Reacher novels. Boo. I really feel like reading one of those as well. Never mind. Plenty more in my app waiting for my attention 🙂

Blooper

Look at Jackie demonstrating the commitment us presenters at QVC give to show you the best details!

TuesdayNails Inc return with the seven-piece Saved By The Beach collection and beach bag, for a really good price as well, considering how much is in it, it’s quite unbelievable – it goes on sale a few days beforehand so here’s the early-bird link.

Wednesday Coco Bianco are back with their famous palazzo trousers in different length and colour options. Get ready for summer with some flouncy trousers!

ThursdayPeony flowers bring us another superb bouquet which are loose faux flowers with a presentation box included. Always good to combine with real flowers, and no one ever knows 🙂

Friday – the Chair Gym is here! A super cool way of getting fit with over 50 total body exercises and three DVDs. Plus Friday at 9pm I will be launching the new Acer Aspire 15″ laptop with 1TB storage at an incredible low price. Don’t miss it.

And don’t forget that all this week, as last week, our TSV deals will launch at 9pm and then all the next day. Exciting new era!

Next week – fun times when my lovely niece Becky comes to stay down in Devon, we are going to do a bit of sightseeing, so watch out for all those videos!

Have a lovely week

Best wishes,

Debbie

I have seen the whole Good Omens series and it is brilliant. Have read the book a number of times over the years (it is a favourite), and the tv show is very close to the book. Can definitely recommend it

    Hi Debbie,
I hope you are well. I read your blog every week & really enjoy it…..you are a breath of fresh air. This week I’m really interested in your ‘Blooper’ with Jackie & the trainers. I think the trainers are gorgeous, can you help me – do you know the brand & are they from QVC? I have phoned customer services but they were unable to help & I’m hoping you will be able to. Many thanks, take care Jean xx
