I get so many comments on how good my eyelashes are and recently I was out with a girlfriend who again said to me your eyelashes are incredible. Without realising it, I was being grilled on my mascara choices over lunch, as she really struggles with mascaras and isn’t blessed in the lash department and you’ve guessed it, she has a make-up bag full of what she says are ‘okay’ mascaras and ‘kind of do the job’ mascaras.
Revitalash was my first recommendation as I’ve been an avid user since it was launched at QVC. I do have a break when my lashes get to where I am happy with, my healthier fuller look of lash. A lashing (sorry couldn’t resist) of a great mascara like Revitalash lashes is what I believe gives the real WOW effect.
My top 3 mascaras recommend to her were 1) Tarte Lights Camera Lashes, giving a full and long lash and ticks all the boxes as a great all-round mascara, 2) Benefit Roller Lash Mascara which defines, lifts and curls every lash and I love the brush, and for real glam full on lashes without clogging I suggested 3) Westmore Bold and Beautiful.
I also have my eyebrows shaped, ‘tamed’ by my brow shaper technician each month as they literally get out of control and I’m sure it’s down to Revitabrow which with Revitalash are two great investments to your beauty routine and so quick with no mess or fuss on application . Just make sure you put both on before your skincare as not to create a barrier on application.
You may be putting on your mascara and starting to notice fine lines and poor elasticity around the eyes and even on the top of your lip, as a guest once called them ‘tram lines’ or a ‘bar code’ how mortifying and so true but it really makes you think do I need to start focusing on these areas a little more? And as Lulu often says we can’t stop the clock but we can slow it down and I think you’ll agree she looks fabulous!!
Here’s to great lashes, sparkling relaxed eyes and defined eyebrows.
