Liz Earle’s new fragrance is coming to QVC

Make a note in your diaries for Wednesday 9th September! Liz Earle will be back on your screen with her beautiful new fragrance, Botanical Essence No.20, which celebrates the brand’s 20th Anniversary. Liz Earle

“Hello everyone,

I’m so excited to join the team at QVC UK this Wednesday to personally unveil the latest addition to the Liz Earle fine fragrance family – Botanical Essence No.20. QVC UK are launching this fabulous new eau de parfum ahead of anywhere else, so it’s the perfect opportunity to secure yours before the rush!

We all know that fragrance has the power to evoke memories, calm feelings or lift the mood, and I’m sure this beautifully sophisticated olfactory jewel will be one you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Back in 2009, I invited distinguished perfumer Jean-Charles Niel to develop Botanical Essence No.1 Eau de Parfum, the first Liz Earle fine fragrance in the collection. He created this signature scent with precious Damask rose at its heart. Since that moment, this coveted extract has been a complementary note within all Botanical Essences.

Now, to celebrate the brand’s 20th anniversary, Grasse-based perfumer Domitille Bertier has returned to these original roots to make Damask rose the hero of new fresh, spicy, floriental Botanical Essence No.20 Eau de Parfum – along with top notes of pink pepper, bergamot and mandarin, plus Indian jasmine, sustainable sandalwood and vanilla bean, among others.

Domitille’s creative journey started in Isparta, Turkey, a place I visited myself for the first Botanical Essence back in 2009. High on the sunny plateaus, we watched the rose petals being hand-picked and this highly prized Damask rose extract being produced. This attention to detail, and the sheer love that went into its creation, embodies the joy, romance and celebration of this ‘queen of flowers’, infusing this brand-new fragrance with a beautiful, feminine sophistication.

I’m also thrilled to be launching my first piece of botanical Fairtrade jewellery during these shows. Again, returning to my roots with a new jewellery line, having first launched a small range with QVC UK many years ago. The time seems right now to look at sustainable, Fairtrade gold and I’ve created a stunning neroli flower necklace, one of my favourite scented botanicals that is the star of the Superskin range. Handmade by artisans in 24 carat rose or yellow gold vermeil, it’s very special and I can’t wait to show it to you.

Do join me on QVC UK this Wednesday at 11am and 10pm and discover why you should make every day a celebration, with not one but two deliciously floral new launches – a glittering neroli necklace and a stunningly sparkling rose garden in a bottle.

Liz x”

Wow!!! Cant wait new that no 20 was coming as I get both e-mails and paper mail scent direct from Liz Earle but its not launched with them until October but I’ve received a little sample of it a few days ago with my order and it is gorgeous I own all 3 of liz’s Edp’s as there the only scents that are cruelty free and made from on average 89% botanical’s I love each one for different days occasions etc… No 20 to me is a mix of the spicy Orientals of no 15 and the damask rose of no 1 anyone who likes a long lasting sexy floral with no sweet overpowering headache inducing scent this will be perfect for you. My partner says it’s a gorgeous scent and he says its the sort of fragrance men want there women to smell of just for them as if I’m let loose the same thing that happened to me when I first started wearing no 15 will happen again which was random men asking me what scent I was wearing then explaining where to get it from and I always told them qvcuk as if there significant other didn’t like it they can return. Haven’t mentioned the necklace but I’m excited about that too I just hope I can afford one and other pieces when launched from the collection later on as Liz did a beautiful necklace with a jeweller in Sloane square near her duke of York square store in central London and it was beautiful but very very out of my price range fingers crossed cant wait for the show’s xx

Looking forward to this. I love Liz’s fragrances, particularly No 1,, because they are delicious but also last really well so worth the money spent.

Cannot wait to try this new Liz Earle No.20, I love the No. 15 my favourite. I was shopping at Bluewater (John Lewis) yesterday and popped to Liz Earle and purchased the serum and cleanse and polish. The Liz Earle staff are always so very helpful and friendly.
