Joules for men, air frying and Wet & Forget!

Hello and welcome to my blog if this is your first time, if you often read my blogs thanks for coming back!

I am looking forward to my first full hour of Joules fashion this week on the Style channel, 3pm on Thursday. You may not be aware but we also have a selection of Joules menswear on the QVC website. In the photos you can see me wearing the rather sporty chic men’s gilet.

The photos were taken on a cold February day and this gilet along with the jumper and shirts (also by Joules) kept me snug as I ran errands around the city. I am also wearing Emu Shoreline boots in a women’s size 9, perfect for men’s size 8 (sorry ladies, I am stealing from your ranges now – haha!) Hope you like the look and I will show you more pics of the other pieces in coming blogs. I will be wearing more of it on-air too! In the meantime you can see the Joules menswear range here.

Also this Thursday we have an Air Fryer Today’s Special Value from Cook’s Essentials. I rather like the method of air frying because you get lovely crunchy tasty food but with far fewer calories – always good news! I use mine to make kale crisps, it’s really good for juicy chicken kiev and it does a mean jacket potato so don’t think of it just as an Air Fryer but also a small oven to use every day.

There is also a Wet & Forget Today’s Special Value offer on Friday. This is something so many of the QVC family rely on to keep their outdoor space looking clean and tidy. Everything from patios to decking, from conservatories to soft tops of cars, it cleans all without any scrubbing, and gives really good results. Be sure to join myself and Michael Perry on Friday in our three hour special show from nine to midday where we will be telling you more.

Finally I thought I would share with you a lovely fresh juice that I am enjoying making and drinking at the moment. I struggle rather with my health, particularly my mood, during the winter months so I’m trying to get lots of fresh fruit and veg in my system which isn’t always easy to eat but I do like making fresh juice. The juice here contains kale, cucumber, green apples, celery, fresh mint and fresh juice of a peeled lemon. I bung them all into the juicer, switch it on and hey presto, within a few seconds I’ve got a lovely fresh juice to enjoy.

What is your favourite way of staying healthy over the winter months?

So that’s it for this week, do join me again next week when I will be telling you more about an exciting Peony Today’s Special Value and will have some photos of my friend Hemi is opening night at his new show in the West End all the exciting!

Big hugs,

    Hi craig,
Oh don’t we all struggle with mood in the winter?! It’s hard to keep chipper sometimes! You do very well though. Could you tell us the exact amounts you use for your juice please? Hope the flat is doing well x
