With January inevitably comes the need for resolutions to be healthy, get fit and eat better. If you're like me, however, by this stage you are already feeling the need for a little sweet treat every now and then. To satisfy these cravings I have decided to give into them, but that doesn't always mean having to be unhealthy!
I was flicking through The Honestly Healthy cookbook written by Natasha Corrett and there are some really tasty sweet treats in there that are remarkably healthy. So I have chosen three such treats and I am letting you decide which one you'd like to learn how to make and I will make it and maybe even do a video blog for you to follow. They all look really tasty and I am sure any of them will satisfy your cravings. Remember, just comment below and the treat with the most votes wins – that's the one I will make!

These are all sweet and tasty treats to indulge your naughty side but are all sugar free and wheat free so there is a lot less guilt involved! What could be more perfect? I look forward to making whatever you decide. My sweet tooth is in your hands!
