It’s a hit with FitBit

Of course I was never going to say no to a trial of Fitbit; it’s an international success and a great training tool for everyone. From beginners looking to get fit by walking to the advanced runner, the Fitbit will track your steps.

It’s is Genius. It’s like having a personnel trainer and nutritionist with you every day. For example it will notify you when you have reached your 10,0000 steps a day (surprising how far we walk in everyday life just doing our daily routine), it monitors your resting and active heart rates and will tell you how many calories you have burnt each day. Pretty cool.

The device is even able to work out what piece of equipment you’re training on, from a running machine to an elliptical trainer. You can also create goals and challenges to your own nutrition plan and it even tracks your sleep, how many times you got up in the night and how many times you were restless.

Fitbit is simple to set up, simply download the app from to your Smartphone or computer and add a few personal details, then you’re ready to go. Plus you can customise each category to suit your goal or daily exercise.

So if you are looking at getting in better shape next year Fitbit is an easy, ideal way to a healthier lifestyle and will be right by your side every step of the way.

It comes in three colours and will be the Today’s Special Value offer on Monday, 21st December. I  look forward to seeing you at Midnight on Sunday 20th/Monday 21st for the launch of Fitbit at QVC UK.

Here’s to a healthy and happy 2016
