Is it really that time of the year?

3

Hi everyone, hoping you’re all keeping well.

Now the heading of this blog could really mean anything, so when you read it what’s the first thing you think of? Christmas? The clocks going back? A change in the weather? (Well to be honest that could be any day in the year in the U.K… or even any hour at times!!). Keeping warm and cosy when returning home in the evening? Or looking for those transitional pieces that seem to have travelled to the back of your wardrobe with all the fab weather we’ve been having?

Well there is no one correct answer (apologies to anyone who thought this was perhaps a glorious competition with a stunning prize to be won at the end… maybe in my next blog!!) Really it could be any or all of the above. I’m afraid I can’t do anything regarding the clocks going back or the weather, but QVC can certainly help with Christmas as there will be no shortage of shows with ideas for pressies between now and the 24th of December!!

I am here however to help you with the latter two (a warm and inviting atmosphere to come home to and sorting out those transitional wardrobe essentials). And how pray tell is this to come about I hear you ask? Well, in the form of two wonderful Today’s Special Value’s coming up next Monday and Tuesday!

So in reverse order (just to be contrary as my mother used to say), let’s start with the Power Heat Log Burner that the wonderful Kevin Bristow is bringing us on Tuesday.

…Now this is all about generating that cosy “I just want to curl up in front of the fire feel” …and it will do precisely that.

It’s of course also a great supplemental source of heat and so can save you money as well as be a real feature piece in the room of your choice, and that is by no means a static choice as this can easily be moved from room to room. At a great price as always from us here at QVC and in four fab colour choices, be sure to tune in to see this truly attractive stove style log heater which will complement so many interiors.

Now how about complimenting a lot of what you may already have in your wardrobe with a great seasonal must-have for those dipping temperatures, which will inevitably descend upon us at some point in the coming weeks. A fab TSV is coming this Monday in the form of a Nina Leonard “coatigan”…don’t you just love that word?

This will in fact be the first true knitwear piece from the range, a beautiful soft touch chunky style with a rib trim:

Now with the weather we’ve been having this is a great transitional number, great to wear as a jacket/cardigan in the milder weather or under a coat when the “beast from the east” strikes again (anyone else heard the wonderful news of the impending return?). In any event aside from the practicalities, this looks great too!! In a choice of five fab colours, you may well be tempted to buy more than one at our amazing TSV price, should the funds allow of course!!

I will be appearing on your screens on Saturday morning to help out with the festive season with the Saturday Morning Gift Show at 9am and also some Decleor at midday.

Look forward to catching up then.

In the meantime, as always, look after yourselves.

Anne xx

Hi Anne. Saw you on QVC this morning (SUNDAY) and absolutely loved the green top you were wearing. Is this from QVC?

Hi Christine. Yes it is. It’s a Butler and Wilson top from a while back so I doubt we have it. Really sorry, but who knows…it may pop back up. Lovely to hear from you. xx
