Hello! So, here we are in February – hows your year so far?
Mine is good, it’s been very busy and loads going on! January is a month of family birthdays and I recently hosted my niece Jasmine’s 13th birthday so will put some pics up in my next blog.
For this one though I wanted to know how you were getting on with #QVCWellBeing
I must admit I have been very active this year and feeling good for it. I have been doing gymnastics with my trainer, you can see me hanging from the gymnastic rings in the photo, not quite as easy as it looks I promise you!
I have also been dancing quite a bit both with a dance company and a form or expressive dance called 5 rhythms, both are so much fun and a brilliant workout. Let’s just say I have to take a change of T-shirt with me!
I am also walking more where and when I can and I find my Fitbit really helpful with staying motivated that way. I had an issue with my Fitbit recently and customer services there are brilliant and so helpful, just thought that is worth a mention if you are considering buying one.
The one thing I need to continue to work on is my food! As you know I have such a sweet tooth and this time of year I just seem to find myself tucking into puddings, cake and biscuits even more than usual – I tell myself it’s okay as I exercise but we all know that’s not really true! Any tips on curbing a sweet tooth – has anything worked for you?
