Craig with Il DivoHi there, really hope you are well and have had a good December. I always forget how crazy it is, don't you?! Even though I was pretty organised and did most of my shopping at QVC, there is always so much going on in December that next year I want to start earlier and take a leaf from Jill Franks and get everything wrapped by 1st December!!

It's been a great month. Interviewing Il Divo was an absolute joy. I have to be honest, I wasn't the biggest fan beforehand but having a chance to listen to their CD and then meeting them, I am now a total convert – I reckon I'll be playing the CD over the quieter moments of christmas.

Craig drinking wine in his neighbour's back gardenAnother highlight was the macrobiotic weekend that Debbie Flint organised near her home in Dorking, it was a wonderful group of people with two amazing teachers, Bill & Marlene Tara. I feel totally inspired and am planning on a 3 week macrobiotic kickstart programme in January so I will let you know how I get on.

It's all feeling very festive at home too. My wonderful neighbours have erected a 20 foot tree in the back garden that we can all enjoy, it sparkles and twinkles 24hrs a day! In the photo you can see me enjoying a glass of hot Romanian wine under it.

Then of course, Christmas is for family and this last weekend I was in Bristol having a wonderful time with them. You can see mum & I at a lovely little pub by Bath (photo below left) having such had a delicious lunch and then on Saturday we went to the Hippodrome to watch Aladdin, a brilliant panto that the adults (me especially!) probably enjoyed even more than the kids!!

Craig celebrating Christmas with his mum Lots to look forward to at QVC as well! I am trying out a Men's Trespass jacket at the moment (photo below) as there is a Trespass TSV in January and I wanted to find out more about the brand. I am taking it too Cornwall over new year, perfect for those country walks.

There is also a REALLY exciting Yankee Candle TSV in January where for the first time ever we are launching the new fragrances for 2013. In the picture you can see me back in the summer when I first got to see and experience the fragrances, I was allowed to take a photo but no labels were to be revealed!!!

Have a peaceful, joyful christmas and a happy, healthy 2013. Thanks for your friendship, kindness and support.

Much love Craig xx

    hi Bev
    Happy New Year!!
the ninja ice cream is amazing isnt it?! I have made different variations. the ones I find work the best are’
    frozen blueberries & strawberries
    full fat vanilla custart
blend together slowly at first then quicker as it gets smoother
    frozen fruit as above
    low fat yoghurt
    blend in same way….
Let me know how you get on. Its so easy and so healthy!! Love it!
