We’ve just had the most wonderful Autumn/Winter Fashion event last weekend, so much so that I decided to model my favourite pieces when I got home from QVC and out into the garden!!

Our hedge has needed trimming in a while and so whilst the sun was shining, I played merry havoc with the children and the Strimmer, leaves were strewn everywhere and then out came the blower!

It was the first time I used it and it nearly took me off my feet at one point…but it did the job way quicker than on hands and knees (I tried both!)

So with autumn making itself known to us, the leaves are turning and it is absolutely chucking it down outside. This is a sign to me that it is the season of birthdays!!

My son Myles turns 12 this week and my daughter Beely turns 11 in four-weeks time with Halloween and half term right in the middle,  it’s all hands on deck with birthday wishlists, parties etc etc

My attempt this afternoon is a horse themed birthday cake ….I’ll keep you posted!!

Much love as always!

Pipa xx

PS The jacket is H by Halston, Skinny Tee underneath and Skechers boots on my feet!

It looks as if you have had a lot of fun Pippa! There is nothing more uplifting than being out in the autumn sunshine even if you have jobs to do!! Having crunchy leaves under ones feet is lovely and I think that children who are ferried back and for to school by car miss out on these delights! The same goes for collecting and playing conkers , a great joy to see these shiny red in your hands! Don’t get me started on playground games we used to play!! Children today would think us ‘bonkers’ sitting on the ground rolling glass marbles around or playing jacks and five stones!! Or maybe not? You can tell l am an old teacher!! The joys we all had marvelling at our ‘gifts’ from nature brought to the nature table, do they still have them? Enough of my rambling just have fun my MS stops me now but I do love to think of good times past.! X
