As I was on-air with Chloe Monday morning (presenting the Morning Show), I was in a really upbeat, buoyant mood and the first thing I said was that I could feel the spring in my bones. The mornings are brighter earlier, the days are longer, and the temperatures are on the rise.
With that in mind, for many of us this usually means a return to pottering in the garden and all the months of joy that will bring over the spring, summer and early autumn.
So, whether you are a seasoned gardener or a novice, when it comes to all things horticultural, it doesn’t matter – as we have something for everyone.
In fact, to get you in the mood for sewing spring meadows or the frame of mind for planting florals, why not join me on QVC this Saturday, 11th March for a full day of gardening. We’ll be showcasing a variety of brands and outstanding guests from plants, with Thompson & Morgan, Hayloft Plants and Claire Austin, to garden lifestyling, with Bernini and Smart Solar.
This will be a real show-stopping Garden Day, packed full of our favourite brands here at QVC. Like I said before, there will be something for everybody, as we will have a wide range of products including bestsellers, top rated items, garden solutions and garden inspiration!
To kick things off, we have a great Today’s Special Value for you: Richard Jackson‘s new generation Easy Clean. So if you are looking out at your patio, decking, driveway or paving and bemoaning the state it is in with its mould, lichen and algae, worry no longer as this is just what you need to get everything looking tip-top!
This is the new way to clean all those hard outdoor surfaces without scrubbing, pressure washing, bleach or acids. Believe it or not, it’s biodegradeable too!
You might be thinking to yourself, ‘Hold on, haven’t I seen this before with Wet and Forget?’
Well, Easy Clean is similar to Wet and Forget in its effectiveness, but is also different because it contains a new generation and more
powerful active ingredient that is currently mainly used commercially, including in hospitals.
Most patio cleaners are diluted 1:5 (one part of concentrate to five parts of water), Easy Clean is so much more effective that it can be diluted 1:20, so it goes further than most other cleaners!
What’s great for me, with my new flat’s wooden balcony, is that it also acts as a decking and timber preservative, so – not only will your garden be moss, lichen and algae free – any treated wood areas will also last longer.
Plus, we can’t ignore the fantastic value. You get two bottles, with each bottle making 21L of diluted spray – giving you a grand total of 42L!
I hope you join me this weekend to see the incredible gardening buys in action,
Until next time,
Miceal x
