Gosh what a wet, windy and snowy, horrible weekend we have just had, and then this morning it’s blue sky as far as the eye can see! Driving up and down the M40 was awful in all the rain and snow, well, saying that, on Sunday morning, the Oxfordshire section of A roads that I take was quite beautiful, particularly going through Chipping Norton where there were few cars and the snow was falling fresh on the road creating a beautiful sight …albeit quite a slippery one so I drove with care!
I got in eventually and was thrilled to have a Joules show to kick off with as it meant I could wrap up in wellies and cosy clothes. I had done a Joules show on the Saturday too and was photobombed whilst taking pics for Instagram and Twitter by Ian whilst twiddling with lights and things backstage (as he does!) …love him! Anyhow, during the afternoon, after the show, I ordered myself a Joules top, which I rather loved and…
… hey presto, it arrived this morning, Monday! I think that’s pretty good going, don’t you? Funnily enough, I had called customer services on Sunday to see if I could change the size I ordered but it was too late already. Oddly I was quite pleased as it showed me that we are still very efficient at what we do!
So, it’s Monday, the sky is beautiful and I’ve just come back from riding Beth which was such a treat for a Monday morning! I put a pic of her in on my last blog all wrapped up in her winter rug so I thought it was time for a feline catch up on this one as I’ve been promising it for ages!
As you can see, Moonface is huge, don’t be fooled by the pic of him next to Sherbert on the stairs, his body is stretched all the way back into the corner.
Beely managed to get the pic of them on her bed however just before she took it, they were actually snuggled up together which is a complete first as usually if they are within three feet of each other, Moonface takes a flying leap onto Sherbert’s back! Complete lunatic he is!
Take care and much love as always
