Fashion bloggers preview our spring-summer fashion

It may be chilly outside but in QVC HQ it’s spring!

We’re getting ready for our inaugural spring/summer Fashion Week and discovering all the amazing new lines and collections that have been arriving backstage in time for the new season.
Just two weeks ago our buyers and stylists had a special press preview; we sneaked in to get you, QGossip readers, some fashion insider info that we can share here.

Our discoveries have been under wraps until now…

QVC Fashion Week bloggers monochrome

The first thing that caught our eye after we looked past the beautiful blossom tree was the black and white rail. The transition from autumn/winter – spring/summer wardrobe is a tricky one – gradually adding more and more white certainly gets us out of our dark-colours-only phase!

Channel the monochrome trend with Helene Berman outerwear, Nick Verreos jumpsuits and Nina Leonard trousers (which we adore), plus Andrew Yu and MarlaWynne separates and these amazing cage shoes and the black suede and metallic cut-out flats all from Clarks.

Embrace pieces from H by Halston, Andrew Yu and C Wonder by mixing pastel shades, Bretton stripes and abstract prints like this Helene Berman pink and blue floral jacket with white lace trousers…

QVC Fashion Week bloggers rail 3 - C Wonder

I think we all agreed that the new-to-QVC UK brand C Wonder pictured (coming soon – stay tuned) was a real step away from what we showcased last spring/summer.

Heard it here first: Other new brands coming soon include Sigrid Olsen & Jeanne Beker

A capsule collection of floral print trousers and shirts, plus soft denim shirts and dresses and pastel-tone jeans – gorgeous!

Mix staple denim shirts and jeans with lightweight knits from Ronen Chen and Marble, then add three key dress styles. For laid back looks try a casual denim shirt dress such as this one with frayed short sleeves from C Wonder; for slightly smarter events we love this Nina Leonard abstract print dress and for all out special occasion a dramatic navy-blue maxi dress from Join Clothes is a timeless piece that will see you through seasons to come.

QVC Fashion Week bloggers accessories

We got the gen on the new season accessories too. Add some serious style and some serious height with these Peter Kaiser stacked wooden heels (left), add pastel designer-chic with a Lulu Guinness cross-body bag, and when the weather really heats up , channel your inner animal with a pair of leopard print gladiators from Clarks (bottom left).

And the jewellery… all these pretty gold- and silver-tone pieces are from Bibi Bijoux

Why not celebrate the return of the sunshine and add a splash of colour to your looks with a bright orange Pippa bag from Modalu England.
