Family visits and lots of walking!

Hope you are well and had a truly #MarvellousMarch, I can’t believe we are now in April and Easter has been and gone!

Well, I do hope you are well and I wanted to let you know what I’ve been up to lately:

I had a wonderful time in Bristol visiting my mum and sister for Mother’s Day. It was a particularly pertinent trip as my mum was about to go into hospital for a heart operation so it felt important to me to see her before in person to wish her well. She has since had the op and is doing well.

Last week my niece Jasmine was in London visiting her London nanny so I was able to spend some time with her again and we had great fun. She wanted to go shopping (surprise surprise!) and I took her for pizza and frozen yoghurt, we had great fun.

What did you do over the Easter weekend? I was at work for some of it with DIY and Gardening shows and then on Easter Monday spent time in Greenwich, a part of London I rarely visit and we had great fun exploring the market and taking in the views from Greenwich Park.

A really lovely afternoon and let’s just say I am so happy I had my Incredibrella!

I hope you like this montage of photos taken in Crystal Palace park too, kind of cloudy but it adds a real charm to this scene I think.

That’s it from me for now but I do hope to see you soon and as always leave any comments below.

Much love,
Craig xxx

Hi Craig. Lovely to read your blog. Wow!! Greenwich Park and Market. A favourite place of mine and my daughter when we lived in London. We used to go there so much. We moved up to the North in 2006 and although we miss the hustle and bustle of London sometimes, we could never move back, as its countryside only for us now here in Scotland (raising chickens and ducks) and spending time with our numerous cats and dogs. However it was lovely to see your great photos and glad you had a fab time. Hope your Mum is continuing to do well. Hugs x
