I hope you all had a great Valentine’s Day!
Hubby and I had Valentines dinner on our own for the first time in 16 years, which was really strange, but my son was off out and my daughter was at rehearsals, so between the both of us doing separate taxi runs we had very little time.
However, we managed to meet at our local Italian restaurant. The restaurant was holding a lovely three course Valentine’s event with entertainment, unfortunately we didn’t have time for any of that due to our designated pick-ups, so they very kindly booked us in before the main event got underway. It was the quickest Valentine’s meal ever, but it was still lovely and any excuse not to cook is certainly fine by me!
That said, I have been enjoying my new Le Creuset dish. I have always said that equipping yourself well in the kitchen will always make you a better cook and some of us need all the help we can get! I have definitely learnt a lot over my years at QVC but although I’ve always admired it I’d never actually cooked with Le Creuset until now.
I now realise why this brand is renowned the world over. Brilliant to cook with and so easy to clean Le Creuset began making cast iron pots as far back as 1925 and some of their hand crafted techniques are still used today.
Although an initial investment, these pots are built to last a lifetime so actually offer incredible value for money and with incomparable heat distribution it’s easy to see why people become fanatical about their Le Creuset pans.
The coloured enamelled coating over the cast iron looks great and will ensure that they keep their good looks for decades to come. The beauty of QVC of course us you can try them out for self with your thirty day money back guarantee, I promise you you’ll be hooked!
Oh and I almost forgot to mention that there’s a Le Creuset Today’s Special Value offer all day Monday. So I’ll see you then!
