Bronzed and beautiful

Whether the sun is shining or not, my QVC beauty drawer always has a few bronzers. Often I get asked if I have been away and on occasions it’s the real thing, but one of my most used bronzers is the Baked Body Frosting which is in our three-piece Bring on the Bronze Today’s Special Value collection from Laura Geller this Sunday 8th April.

I love it for when I need a little extra glow, an example is when I present one of our jewellery shows showcasing so much beautiful jewellery. I use it dry but it can be used wet for a more dramatic effect. The reason I love it is because it’s so quick, no mess and it comes with a super-soft retractable brush for application – a great brush that you can pre-load with bronzer if you are going out and want to top up!

I use a puff for my sensitive skin as I cannot apply bronzer on my face or body with a brush otherwise I get red blotches everywhere so a little tip if you’re super sensitive like me. It’s always applied to my feet before I put on my shoes even if it’s not applied anywhere else. Don’t know why but I think my shoes look so much better with bronzed tootsies!! It’s great for the legs too if you want to wear your favourite dress but need a little colour.

It washes off so easily in the shower as well. I used it last October at my girlfriend’s wedding on my legs as they soooo needed colour with my black dress. Included in the TSV offer is a nude lipgloss for luscious natural-looking lips. I’ll never say no to a nude lipgloss.

Join me at midnight with Laura as we have so much more in the hour to bring you. Oh you may like to try a few of my other bronzed faves for the face and body too. Decleor’s Gradual Glow is a great all-year round natural faux tan and works a treat underneath the Baked Body Frosting. I also love Perricone‘s No Bronzer Bronzer. It’s not in stock at the moment but keep an eye out for it as it’s gorgeous on the face. Vita Liberata is also great if you prefer an instant tan in liquid form.

Happy bronzing!

I cannot agree more with Linda White it is a disappointing TSV from Laura. Lets hope that the buying team at QVC and Laura get together and start giving the customers more for their hard earned cash.

I have to agree with Linda, very disappointed with the TSV, I have been looking forward to it for a couple of weeks and have no balance and brighten left and I also needed blusher. I was therefore hoping for an array of face products as with fair skin I do not use bronzing products. Maybe next time!
