My eyes are very puffy I drink plenty of water etc I think I may have been using too much product on them can you recommend something. I use Gatineau defi llift on the top and the melatogenine at the bottom. I also had surgery on a detached retina which hasn’t helped either.

I would appreciate any advice regarding an eye care product that won’t migrate into my eyes and make them sting. I have no problem with mascara or eye shadows or any other product when first applied but find that serum and cream products, the latest being the one in the AHA TSV seem to end up “in” my eyes hours after being applied.
    Thanks for any suggestions.

Alison, I recently purchased the Magnitone vibra sonic cleansing brush and my query is about cleaning the brush after use. I use Elemis cleansing balm/oil and wonder if a more thorough cleaning of the brush is needed, if so, can you advise how?

Hi Alison, I am 51 years old and I have a problem with dark age spots on my face. Can you recommend and product that can help reduce the appears or cover them up. I have tried a liquid concealer before but found that when I put my Tarte foundation on the top it moves the concealer and so not giving me the best coverage. Please please can you help me.

Hi Alison love watching you and listening to your advice Despite being very sun aware in the last decade I have undergone the removal of a melanoma from my left cheek , so now have a scar .I am using my Ultrasun 50 + facial daily which seems to be keeping my skin in good order but feel that I should change my nightly routine to ensure good hydration and if possible reduce signs of ageing ( I am 61 ) .I currently use AD facial oil Thanks ?

Hi Alison could you recommend a moisturiser that is suitable for a 23yr old? I have been buying her Liz Earle however she would like to try something else. She has a tendency to have dry and occasionally spotty skin, and I don’t know which range would be best for her. Thanks Anne

Hi Alison, I am 61 years old with quite good skin (Liz Earle for about 15 years!} but have very hooded crepey eyelids and would like some advice on what to use to help this problem. I realise that I can’t eradicate this problem without surgery, I would just like a little improvement! Please help….

Hi Alison, you are my last hope. I have a 27 year old daughter who still appears to have teenage skin. Lots of blemishes on her face, chest and back. Combination skin, has seen doctor but no luck as yet. Could you suggest a whole beauty regime which may help. She doesn’t really have one at the moment.
Please help she is driving me mad about it but as I also suffered in my teens I really could cry for her. Thanks Alison

Hi Alison, when I was in my late 20s I was diagnosed with adult acne on each side of my neck. My GP prescribed various creams which I used. One prescription was so harsh that it completely dried out my skin causing it to become very red and causing the skin to peel off. I am now 49 acne has cleared on its own but I have been left with very dark pigmentation. I love Elemis products is there anything that you recommend to help with to lighten or reduce the pigmentation? Many thanks. Colette

I’ve had problems for years with an oily t-zone (nose area only – forehead and chin are ok). My nose always looks shiny and only stays matt for approx 5-10 minutes before looking shiny again. As a result, my make up can look either shiny or cakey when I try to get rid of the shine. Are there any skin care, treatments, routines and make up that you could recommend that would give me a matt look for when I am either wearing make up or have no make up on.
    Many thanks.
