Whether you're looking for a pampering treat for yourself or planning to stock up on some beauty gifts, today is the perfect day to shop on QVC – it's the Gift of Beauty Day!
We caught up with a few of our fabulous presenters to find out what they would like to see under their Christmas tree on the big day…
I'd like to see the Clarisonic under my Christmas tree. It uses sonic technology to deeply cleanse and removes up to six times more dirt and oil from your skin – it’s perfect for men, women and even teenagers. Along with my regular skincare routine, I'd use it once a week for a professional-style facial.
Emma Hardie's Moringa Balm is to die for, hope it stays in stock long enough. It's a beautiful, sophisticated skincare product packed with gorgeous smelling essentials oils. It melts away any trace of make-up, even stubborn eye make-up – I love it!
"Although I'm usually a Cherry Blossom girl, when the children and I stayed with Granny's last week I sneaked a spritz of the Rose Nuit De Mai perfume that incidentally I gave to my Mummy so now I NEED it for myself – it smells so heavenly. Oh, and I've noticed that the children don't pinch my bath oils, so Almond Oil too please, and then it'll be all mine!
I'm a big fan of Clarisonic and absolutely love the designer look of the flower Clarisonic PLUS, and knowing the difference it makes to the smoothness and texture of my skin, it really is quite incredible – that's definitely going on my Christmas list!
My need for Bobbi Brown continues and as we know the Long Wear Eye Gel Liner is magnificent, but the word metallic always sends me into a frenzy so please Father Christmas may I have the Party Eye Palette set (left). And any other Bobbi Brown you'd care to throw in to my stocking!
Finally, a huge litre size of ELASTICIZER. It's not the most glam of Philip's range, but oh so appreciated and needed. I would also love to try the Fekkai haircare range too. Pop in a Yogi (wand not bear!) and I can have a play in the hair department to my heart's content. Greedy I know, but you did ask, Father Christmas!"
"Firstly I would love the Philosophy Pure Grace Head to Toe Collection in Amazing Grace fragrance. This is my favourite fragrance of all time and I would love the matching bath and shower gel which you can also use as a shampoo.
Judith Williams Self Tan Body Spray Duo would be brilliant to receive. You get two bottles, which would keep my now-fading tan topped up throughout the winter months and I wouldn't have to wear any make-up for the school run!
Finally I would love the OPI Professional Nail Polish Case (left); it's so beautiful. It's about £70, which sounds a lot, but Alison Young has one and it's so beautiful and so well made – I reckon it would last forever. I'd have so much fun filling it with all my fav colours."
Top on my list has to be Sarah Chapman's Ultimate Cleanse and Overnight Facial. I had heard so many great things about Sarah's range and, while doing my first show last week, was lucky enough to try her cleanser and overnight facial.
The difference in my skin in just one day was quite dramatic. With Sarah's beauty background, I knew I had to give it a go and the results exceeded my expectations. It's definitely on my wish list and I think my hubby's too as somehow the overnight facial ended up in his bathroom.
I can't live without Porchester Square from Nails Inc (left). It goes with me everywhere and I get so many comments – it works with every possible outfit. Just love it!
Lastly, it has to be No Foundation Foundation by Perricone, which I wear everyday. It's so clever, as the name suggests, and leaves your skin dewy and glowing, plus it adapts to any skin tone.
It would have to be a Tua Trend with two wands. Love the effect it gives in toning up face muscles and am getting to the stage where I'm thinking I should be doing it more often! Or a series of Sarah Chapman facials – her formulations are amazing. I love her SPF15 day cream; it smells heavenly!
