I’m all about Elemis!

Hello again!

I know, it’s my second blog in a matter of days but I just wanted to dedicate this blog to the wonderful British skincare brand, Elemis.

I am delighted to be hosting a show this evening (Thursday 2nd June) at 10pm with Keely from Elemis dedicated to targeting anti-aging.

I must admit that now headed to my mid-forties (how on earth did that happen?!) this is something I think more about. And whilst I realise there is more to life than worrying about wrinkles I believe that looking after myself and my skin along with hobbies, family, friends and lots of exercise is part of feeling good as we move from chapter to chapter in life.

I have been doing a mini-trial of some of the Elemis range this week and had really great results. I have been using the full pro-collagen routinely cleansing with the balm, toning with the apricot toner then using both day and night pro-collagen moisturer. I feel like it’s been a ‘wake-up call’ to my skin – after only three days of using the full routine I feel like my skin looks fresh, clear and glowing.

Here are pics of some of the goodies you are in store for:

See you 10pm on Thursday 2nd June!

What’s your favourite Elemis product?

      Hi Marilyn!

Thanks for your comment! I feel the same! All the products are pretty fab. Did you treat yourself to any? If so, hope you’re enjoying them.

I completely agree, looking after ourselves is a combination of things, that said I still try and lose inches from my stomach while laying on the sofa eating a Krispy Kreme and rubbing a sliming gel in – true story! But deep down I know I need to exercise….and put the doughnut down!

Anyway, I have noticed a huge difference in my skin since using a balm cleanser, and although initially I was worry about the oiliness and breaking out I have found the opposite to be true! Love it now! So I use a balm of an evening and my trusty Liz Earle during the day – my skin feels amazing!

I am thinking of switching up toner, so perhaps I will try this elemis one, I have been using the lavender toner which is great, but in the morning makes me feel snoozy, what is the difference between the two?? Is it just scents?

      Hey again Amy!

Thanks for your message! I think we are all guilty of that from time to time!

Great to hear you’re enjoying your balm cleanser. I really like it and can really tell the difference in my skin.

I think the difference on those toner is mainly the scent. The Lavender is great for night time as it does relax you and that is not what we need on a morning. The other is more refreshing which gets us ready for our busy day ahead!

Hope that helps. New blog out today so hope you enjoy it!

      Have a fab week!

      Craig x
