Tri Enzyme Facial WashOn a skincare routine

Q. Hi Alison, I use all Elemis products and believe I have a good skin care routine however my skin looks a bit grey recently :0( can u suggest anything for me?

A. Try the Tri-Enzyme range in Elemis as it's specifically designed to help with brightness and smoothness. Key products would be the Tri-Enzyme Wash, used every day as a secondary cleanser (which is brilliant with Clarisonic too to increase the results).

Use the Tri-Enzyme Mask 2-3 times a week when it tingles on the skin (which is when your skin is at its greyest or dullest) and just once a week or every other week when it doesn't tingle and your skin is at its brightest.

Take-Off Time Cleansing Cream
On wrinkles

Q. I'm 31 and have pretty good skin generally save for one really prominent 'number 11' ('number 1?!') line on my forehead and pores which are starting to become more prominent on my cheeks. I have an oily T zone and pretty normal skin everywhere else (save a few congested areas along the jawline). Just wondered – anything you can recommend for my 'number 1' line, and something for the pores?

A. If you have a good skincare routine then I'd recommend the Clarisonic System to use with your products in the bath or the shower as it has a fantastic exfoliating and skin-smoothing action which aids complete skin beauty.

However, if you don't have a good skincare beauty routine, I would recommend the Lulu Cleanser with the Dermawarfare Night Time Serum - these will work on these issues to get you started with results in accordance with a routine.

Prai Ageless Throat & Decolletage Creme On an effective neck treatment

Q. Can you recommend an effective neck treatment – started to see signs of ageing and am panicking!

A. The one that gives the quickest result and perhaps is the best value would be the Prai ageless throat cream  - use morning and night and then you can judge the results and the improved texture of your skin to see if you want to stay with this product long term.

Also remember to take all of your cleansing, toning and exfoliating routine all the way down to just above the nipple area. Your body exfoliating routine should go all the way up to just under the neckline.

i use good face products from qvc but a few years ago i was on estrogen and had a reaction to it – this left me with lots of small bumps underneath my eyes – i has eighteen lumps surgically removed – unfortunately they could not remove all – can you advise anything to disguise them – i use laura geller concealer that does help but does not disguise enough

Hi Alison! Love Elemis and am going to treat my 17 year old daughter to a couple of products. Are you going to stock the new teen to 20s range SkinFresh?

    Hi Alison,
l need help, l don’t normally react to products, there have only been a few. But since using the Gatineau TSV l have come out in angry red lumps on my face. Almost like blind boils, l’m so upset as l never normally have a problrm with this brand, and use all cleansers, eye products etc.
What could this be, and is there anything l can do to save me sending this product back????
l use the defilift ok, but do find the Melotagenine a bit to heavy.
Oh l have never suffered with spots, infact l just dont get them.
Hope this helps, and you can help me.
    Thank you and Best Wishes
