    I put my name down to reserve windows 10, as advised a few months ago, no download receive as yet and if you try on the Microsoft Site, you get sent around in circles. I hope 10 is going to be worth all the hype, so far I am not impressed but it is Microsoft, so I guess I should have expected this

    why don’t you just be straight with people instead of taking them round and round the houses us brits are straight to the point if your not up for it then keep quiet

    I have purchased Acer Aspire Switch 10E spent the whole evening trying to set up Windows 10 App and reserve, no proper instructions available in QVC’s email or website

    Purchased Acer Aspire Switch 10E trying to following instructions to obtain Windows 10, just going around in circles, no proper information from QVC also Computer despite what it says on its screen appears not to be ready for Windows 10
