This Sunday we're celebrating the 7th anniversary of The Jacqueline Kennedy Collection. We'll be presenting a one hour show live from 3pm, and then later in the evening a two hour show from 9pm.
A style icon, Jacqueline "Jackie" Kennedy was a first lady well know for her elegance and grace. Here's a taster of some of the pieces coming up and the stories behind them…
Jackie strolling in Martha's Vineyard…
Here, Jackie wears her Woven Leather Watch as she strolls with her granddaughter in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.
Crafted with 24k gold plating on the case, it includes 36 Swarovski crystals that frame its bold face, plus one green Swarovski crystal on the crown.
The silver dial features gold-tone hands and Arabic numerals. Each band is of hand-woven genuine leather and measures up to 9" with an adjustable buckle clasp.
Each watch also has its own serial number engraved on the back of the case.
Opera-Length Pearl Necklace…
This is the finest reproduction of Jackie's famous opera-length pearl necklace. Hand-knotted, silken cords carry cream-coloured Czech glass hand-painted pearls.
The rhodium-plated floral clasp, with its own glass pearl, speaks of the elegance of times past. The former first lady wore this necklace when she attended a presentation of Leonard Bernstein's music at the Theatre de Lys in New York (see picture top left).
All Camrose & Kross jewellery is presented in a beautiful steel case covered in soft velour and satin for pure luxury.
The Jackie "O" Era…
Jackie had quite the collection of iconic sunglasses and they became a signature to her style.
This particular design, typical of the legendary Jackie "O" era needs no introduction! Pictured here, Jackie attends the annual RFK celebrity-pro tennis tournament in New York.
I'll be back on-air this coming Monday on the Morning Show, look forward to seeing you then! Will x
