Will goes backstage at Les Miserables!

Will GowingOn Tuesday the 10th of April, West End star Ramin Karimloo will be coming into QVC to sing two songs from his new album 'Ramin'.

Ramin has achieved a global following from his performances as the Phantom in the 'Phantom of the Opera' and the lead in its follow up 'Love Never Dies'.

He's currently playing Jean Valjean in the hit musical Les Miserables, alongside musical star Hadley Fraser who plays the role of Javert.

I caught up with Ramin, guitarist Steve Young and, of course, Hadley for a chat in Ramin's dressing room at Les Mis and he also gave us an exclusive acoustic performace of one of the album tracks, enjoy…

Really enjoying watching these videos! Cathedrals is one of my early favourites so far and I love the new versions of Music of the Night and Til I hear you sing. I met Ramin after seeing him in Les Mis and he’s just the nicest person so I really hope this venture is a success!

I had privilege of being at Royal Albert Hall Sunday aforenton thank you for such wonderful show. The staging was truly amazing even better than at Her Majesty’s theatre. How fantastic to hear all the Phantoms singing together and we even got to meet most of them. Ramin & Sierra are just phantastic’ and such humble people about their craft. I am so looking forward to the DVD and CD coming out can’t wait and keep playing the current CD all the time. Please may I desperately ask though that you release a DVD of Ramin’s performance of Love Never Dies, he just gives me goosebumps when he sings and after having been so many times to see the show would love a DVD to keep the memories alive!
