Hi Alison and Will – Loving the videos!. My question is on the Bare Minerals shows you mention that guys can use the SPF15 Foundation and due to work I’m really tired and my skin is showing it I wondered about using this to look ‘well’ but how do I know what colour I am?

    Hi Alison
I suffer with psoriasis and was wondering wether Ojon serum would benefit my very dry scalp. I have tried other products butI feel my scalp craves moisture and now I am at my wits end as it really is affecting my day to day life.

Hi Alison, I’m looking for a skin care routine that will help with firmness around the chin area. I’m 47 and I have combination skin, although my skin has become very rough and dry around the cheek area. I have recently lost over 3 stone and hopefully want to loose another stone before August as I’m celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary. Also can you recommend a body firming lotion/cream.
    Hope you can help!!!

Hi Alison my skin appears to need a kick start as my usual cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturise routine does not appear to be making a difference to my lines and open pores and the overall greyish appearance of my skin. I use Liz Earle products including the superskin but could you please recommend a product or products that would help. I do not like gatineau products as I do not like the smell of these so any other please. Tbanks

    Hi Alison
First of all thank you for the beauty advice and your positivity.
I am of Afro Caribbean origin (I am on the deeper side with a cool chocolate tone – no red or yellow tint just brown!) and am looking for a more natural make up (i.e. mineral). I am looking forward to Liz Earle launching her Colou range on QVC 29th May 2012! I have ead that she also now has added a shade for people in my colour range in her Sheer Tint. Please can you let me know what rands are adding drker shades to their make up and when.
Thanks a lot, hope all is well c

Is there any chance of a supersize pack (with pumps)of both Factor 50 & 30 from Ultrasun? Having very fair, freckly celtic skin which burns easily, we have to apply sunscreen on a daily basis. Recently purchased the supersize factor 30 but would love a combo of both. Please thank Abi for bringing the new Face 50, it’s fab!

Ali, a suggestion I have always thought about is, would you think about giving us viewers a run down on all your beauty brands, such as Gatineau, decleor, Elemis, Liz Earle – what I means by this what does each of these do differently, why we would choose one not the other, which is better for certain people, all of them are just as good as each other but for new users we do get confused which one to choose from, hope this makes sense to you. I myself use decleor, Gatineau and a bit of Elemis and sometimes get confused which one to use and what are their my difference. Thank you. Angela x

    Hi Alison,
Is is possible to use both under eye concealer and under eye eyeliner (in brown or plum, NOT black) and achieve a dewy look without the eyeliner migrating and producing panda eyes? I have tried so many combinations of products without success – currently using Bare Minerals summer bisque concealer but my liquid eyeliner still smudges and pencil eye liners are even worse!
