Hi Alison – I have a large age spot on my lower lip which always “comes through” and spoils the colour of any lipsticks I may use. Have tried several concealers from QVC but they don’t really do the trick. Can you advise me please?
    Many thanks Helen Monger

Hello Alison,I would like to know why I always come out in spots after exfoliating not just small ones but usually a couple of quite painful ones that last ages and grow bigger by the day !
I have tried every different technique of application and I do not rub my skin hard. I have tried many different top quality brands and nothing has worked although before the dreaded outbreak my skin looks and feels so much better.
I have always looked after my skin and at the age of 54 this dedication has paid off !!

What’s the best product to fade pigmentation marks? I am Asian and have dark pigmentation / scarring from the odd spot or two, which takes months to fade. Is there anything that can speed up the process? Many thanks

Can you please offer me an alternative for eyeliner. I have been using Models prefer eyebrow pencil because it’s very fine. I have small eyes and I wear glasses and find it very difficult to apply anything thicker as I simply cant see even with a magnifying mirror and it looks to heavy anyway. My only problem with this is that the pencil is quite hard and it drags, obviously because it’s for eyebrows. I have tried numerous pencils, liquid, gel and powder and cannot achieve the fine line I require, with limited vision. Any suggestions please. x

    Dear Alison
I have just turned 39 and have noticed that the skin above my knees is starting to crease slightly. Could you please recommend any products which may help firm this area.
I use decleor system corps as a body moisturiser which I love, but feel I need to introduce something else. My skin elsewhere is in good condition, perhaps a little dry, but this is probably down to the fact that I gym most days and my skin gets put through it paces! Your advice, as always would be most appreciated as I have watched you for years and value your honest and knowledgable hints and tips.
    Thank you
    Lucy Clare
