LuluAs the New Year approaches, we have gathered some of our beauty on-air guests and staff to share their top secret tips and tricks for 2013.

Here is Lulu's beauty resolution for 2013

"My one beauty resolution for the new year is to keep enjoying more 'make-up free days'. I have to wear so much make-up for TV, shoots and shows that I love to let my skin breathe whenever I can.

I used to have blotchy, uneven skin, but my Glory Days Day Cream has transformed my skin so that I could go make-up free"

Will's 2013 resolutions

Here you go, a bit lame, but I'm rubbish with New Year's resolutions ;)
My regular New Year's resolution of doing more exercise and eating more healthily will obviously apply, standard answer! I also want to find a French teacher in 2013, I love going to France and would really like to speak the language better. Plus, I'm due to move flats in the new year, so it's a perfect opportunity to get rid of clutter (which I love doing) and be a bit more organised at home!

FionaFiona Brackenbury’s beauty resolution (Decelor expert)
"To increase my intake of anti-oxidant in my diet as I am a wrinkle phobic!"

Ayesha's resolution (Fashion Copywriter)

"I plan on being more adventurous with my cooking. I watch lots of cooking programmes and never make anything that interesting!"

Lauren's resolution (Beauty Copywriter)

"Dry January? If I can last!"

KeeleyKeeley Aydin’s beauty resolution (Elemis expert)

"To start looking after the skin on my body and not leave it until the summer months. I start by introducing dry body brushing every morning before showering with my Skin Nourishing Shower Cream.

I find that by using long sweeping movements always towards the heart, that it leaves my skin super smooth and the stimulation of the brush on my skin really leaves me energized for the day ahead.

It’s great to think I am helping my body detox after all the toxins I have been over indulging in over the Christmas period!"

Laura's resolution (Senior PR Executive)

"I'd like to get fit and healthy, once and for all!"

LeeLee's beauty resolution (bareMinerals expert)

"January is quite often a month when everyone detoxes, diets and suddenly joins the gym. I really believe it’s a great time to start to energize and re-charge your batteries, but not deprive the body of essential vitamins and minerals it needs. So plenty of hearty soups, fresh fruit and the odd indulgence for me!"

Lorraine's resolution (Customer Care Social Media)

"I would like to take some time out for me! I spend my time rushing around and never get time to do the things I want so some 'me' time is definitely on the agenda :) I'd also like to take up a hobby! Don't know what yet but quite fancy dancing or something creative (maybe creative writing) as my ambition is to write a book."

RwRichard Ward’s beauty resolution (Haircare expert)

"To stop smoking so I can help slow down the ageing process!"

Vanessa's resolution (Beauty buyer)

"General resolution is to eat less nonsense, do more exercise, smile more, concentrate more.

My beauty resolution is to exfoliate and use body moisturiser more often. I also want to take better take of my tootsies by doing a full on pedi once a month (at least) and a hair mask at least once a week – Wow my life sounds exciting!"

Emma's resolution (Co-ordinating producer)

"My New Year resolution is to make sure I have lots of fun and go to summer festivals!! Oh and to finish decorating the flat."

Luke's resolution (Co-ordinating producer)

"For 2013, I have a few resolutions… I'd like to get back to the gym properly. Since my wedding in October, I've been quite slovenly and need to get back in shape. I also want to make time to get back to my hometown more in the year to see my baby nephew, he's growing up so fast.

I also want to go to the theatre more. I used to go a lot but I haven't had time much in the last year and there are some great plays by new writers coming up in the new year. Finally, I want to try and learn a language. My grandparents were Welsh and I'd like to learn some of their language (mind you – this has been a resolution for the past 10 years)."

We hope you all have a Happy New Year and stay tuned for an exciting year in 2013 on QVC!
