What to look out for in tomorrow’s US Craft Day event!

Tim HoltzUS Craft Day is fast approaching on Tuesday 21st February and we are extremely excited at QVC! We have so many amazing products, wonderful crafters and Craft Day offers, so to get you in the mood, here are some sneaky peeks…

Tim Holtz will be launching the day and will be with us until 6pm. Dyan Reaveley will be joining Tim throughout the day on set with her own craft station, where we are sure in true Dyan style…colour will explode!

We can't give away information on the TSV however we can show you the wonderful new Tim Holtz Distress Markers! They are amazing! We will be the first to launch these pens, and if that wasn't enough we'll have Tim himself to educate and inspire us.

Set of Distress PensTim will be bringing us his District Market range with bags, journals and burlap panels, and will also be joining with Sizzix to show his new dies and embossing folders. We'll have his new tools, accessories and inks as well – so we really are being spoilt this year!

It has been far too long, but Andrew Hiller from We R Memory Keepers will be showing some fantastic new tools, including the amazing Lucky 8 punch. We can confirm it is very addictive and you will find yourself trying to use it for everything! He will also be showing us the new Sew Stamper and Sew Ribbon, plus he has brought back the must-have Crop-A-Dile tool!

Lucky 8 MachineWe also have two new guests on the day. Wyatt White from Beadalon will be guesting the Creating Jewellery hour at 5pm, showing us how to use Artist Wire in your jewellery-making projects. And Stephanie Bernard from Sizzix will guest at 8pm, showcasing new Framelets and a different style for using the Sizzix range.

For all of you with a sweet tooth, we will also have the premier show of Cake Crafting at 7pm, which will feature the Wilton cake range and Cassie Brown cake crafting. There will be lots of tools and treats that will take your fancy from tins and candy melts to decorating techniques.

Set of Metallic ProMarkersWe love our Letraset promakers here at QVC, but just when we thought we couldn't love them any more we are launching a new Set of 10 Metallic Marker pens. Within this set are four new colours that you will not have seen anywhere else!

Martha Stewart punch setAlso coming your way is the wonderful Alex Peruzzi from Martha Stewart with new punch designs to add to your collection, and the lovely paper punch rolls which work perfectly with your punches. Anna Griffin will be here too with her beautiful crafting ranges – we have some amazing new paper collections, stamps, 3D stickers and sentiments.

So, watch out for all the other fantastic brands that we will be showcasing on US Craft Day tomorrow too, including Inkadinkadoo, Prima, Craftwork Cards, Fantastic Ribbons, American Crafts, Bazzill Basics, and many more!

Also don't miss Tim's blog tomorrow, where he will tell us his top picks from our fab event!

Very excited about Craft Day & seeing Dyan & Tim especially. Hoping this means more craft hours on QVC as really missing proper crafting. Card kits are good but need more days like this. Looking forward to the TSV very much:-)

Looking forward to seeing Tim at midnight and will be glued to the TV during the early hours as I have to work tomorrow :( so will have to record all the daytime shows.
So glad Anna will be on later in the evening as well.
Have already ordered the new Anna Griffin items as I don’t want to find them all sold out when I get home!
Hope everyone has a great day – I know I will even if my bank account doesn’t!!

I am really looking forward to the shows. I have been so disappointed with the lack of craft on QVC lately and as ‘massofhair’ commented- we need more of these type of shows. Hope this is the beginning of a new year and new approach to craft on QVC. Welcome to everyone and can’t wait to see your demos and new products. We are so excited here as we wait for the midnight hour.

Watched YouTube video ref: Distress Markers – they do look good. However will QVC be getting the Picket Fence marker too as there are 37 of these markers if you include Picket Fence which I believe is available to buy as a Distress Stain.

Its a shame that it’s always a craft DAY. I finish work after the screening is finished, so tend to miss out on these days. Ho Hum
