We're sorry that we are still experiencing intermittent issues on QVCUK.com. Occasionally, we're having problems with order taking, access to the My Account section and access to product pages. We want to thank you for your patience and let you know that we are working our hardest to fix these issues as quickly and efficiently as we can.

    Thankyou for the apology. I have noticed the problem going on this week. I wasn’t sure if it was just my computer or not. The only thing i was annoyed about is finding out that people have had easy pay codes given to them for beauty day. I am a very good cutomer with QVC and buy all my beauty products from you (and alot of them as well). It would’ve been nice if we all could’ve been given the same opportunity to spread the cost on our orders. I feel very put out about that. I would think many other customers would too. Giving 2 ppizes will only make the difference to two people, not the rest of us.

    Thanks for info, thought it was our pc, as can not view anything just homepage, but on the lap top everything is working, just asked my friend to try, hers is the same. lap top ok, but not main pc, Completely baffled!!!!!!

    I am so glad this is now being sorted out. I have problems with the website when it is very busy, it was not just on Beauty Day. As I almost always order using qvcuk.com, it will save a great deal of frustration! I contacted the very helpful Customer Services Team as I was unable to look at and order items on Beauty Day, and have now been offered a promotion code even though I was not sent one originally. Thank-you for the prompt apology and for keeping us updated.

    Thanks for the information – as I live in Spain thought at first it was my net book and then tried my main computer and it was the same – couldn’t order anything on beauty day and also yesterday and I even tried to order something today but no go. Please try and sort out asap

    I too have had problems not just on beauty day but on several other occasions recently. Also, like another lady you wouldn’t publish my (genuinely polite, but disappointed) comments about not being given an easy pay code in the first place. I too regularly purchase from the beauty department.

    I think it would be very nice if QVC could e mail the 3 pay offer code to all of us who have commented on the dissapointment. They seem to be giving them to some and not to others. I wasted so much time on Saturday trying to order on line and i would have loved the chance to spread the cost but sadly i wasn’t given the code. I think everyone should’ve been given the choice to have 3 pay to make it easier. I would’ve bought more so then everyone wins. Like another person said, i was told that there were no problems on line and told to keep trying. I have had problems nearly everytime i have been on this week so far. Not been able to order and not been able to view my account etc etc Definately not the usual customer service. Lets see if this gets posted.

    Just to let you know, it is still happening…. I had placed an order for Ronni Nicole’s belted dress 147 791, within the last 1/2 hour.
    I went to checkout, put my card details in, went to the promotion code page, entered new code, it was accepted and showing the 3 x easy pay details, I then clicked on the continue to checkout button and the page went blank…. aaaargh!! One thing I did notice at getting to that point is that the secure website (https) in the address bar had disappeared as had the little padlock…. if that is of help!
    Phoned customer services straight away and in the seconds it took me to do that the dress had sold out! I was offered a waitlist order and she was going to see if she could get the promotional code applied to that order.
    I have delcined the waitlist order and said that I would not be placing any further orders until QVC sorts the problem out.
    If you do not sort the problems out you will be getting a lot of calls to customer service from angry customers, which isn’t fair to your operators as they do a sterling job!

    Has the IT been outsourced by any chance ????????????
    What gets me is the bug in the web page code. On beauty day got as far as the checkout and then the page timed out. It then said I couldn’t use the special code as I used it !!!
    ALl very well ringing CS (if you can get through), but what about affiliate cashback that you earn that HAS to be done online?
    Customer since QVC started [the encrypted days].

    Hi QVC but I also feel that I must complain after trying for about 6 hours + on saturday to place my order using the 3 x easy pay code, which could only be used online I did eventually suceed but one item had been lost off the order. Then last night trying to order from the Ronnie Nicole range I placed an order online went through checkout proceedure, when checking on my a/c there was no record of the order so eventually I repeated this four times and one showed up in my a/c details so I phoned customer services to check my a/c, they told me they’d received four orders for the same item so I cancelled 3 orders as I only wanted the one, but because of all the messing about and time it took to place the orders I missed out on two items one of which was in my shopping basket and I asked customer service to process the order to ensure it went through but between me releasing it from my basket he lost it. I am also annoyed that some customers got easy pay codes for Ronnie Nicole and not others I would certainly have liked to spread the cost. The website always seems to go haywire on a promotional days and during popular shows. As a customer of 10years + this has happened to me several times now because having an item on waitlist is not guaranteed as it may not come back in stock!

    Thank-you for the 2nd easy pay code but, I was still unable to use it.. I had to use qcut as the item I wanted was selling out fast, what is/was the good of resending out the easy pay code if we still can not use them, especially when items are selling out fast, even when trying to ring on the order line things are selling out before you get through…Also why are some allowed to use the code over the phone and others are not !!

    i have to say sadly that i agree with posts re; easy pay codes. I have shopped loyaly with QVC for over 10 years spending over £100 per month in lots of depts, i do wonder what has to be done to merit this specialised treatment. come on QVC loyality goes two ways.

    I too had problems on Saturday; I had received a 3 easy pay code but was unable to use it, I spent most of Saturday trying to order online to no avail. Once QVC said on air that there was a problem I ordered on Qcut, however some of my items were sold out and I couldn’t use my 3 easy pay code. Really disappointing especially on Beauty Day as a lot of customers plan to spend a lot and the 3 easy pays means that you can spend a little more and spread the cost over 3 months. Definitely not the normal customer service from QVC, usually is brilliant. Is there any way that those who had problems could have their 3 easy pays applied now?

    Hi- I have had numerous problems ordering on line and when I phoned customer service even yesterday, they said there wasnt a problem. I missed out on a handbag thursday because of the web problems. This problem has been going on weeks – qvc previously said problem sorted but it hasnt. I have sometimes spent nearly 1.5 hrs trying to place an order. Last beauty day it never showed the orders til the next day and all my tries/failed attempts when screen went back to beginning, had gone through even though no order confirmation shown at time “thanks for order”. I was charged for the duplicate orders and had to wait ages for my money back. Totally unsatisfactory.

    Such a shame that people do not have any patience, or possibly it is just that they have no real understanding of IT issues, which can take a little time to sort out. The easy pay code issue just seems like a lot of sour grapes! Have not had a lot of problems on my Mac, and it is nice that we Mac users can now watch the video presentations. Thanks QVC you all do a really great job.

    Come on folks it is only a technical problem. It is not the end of the world. These things happen – there are actually more important things to get upset and irritated about!!There is always a free phone number to call!!

    Rebecca,perhaps missing your post is part of the ongoing problem.My son has a senior position dealing with computers and the general public,everything is fine when there are no problems,but when a problem does occur there is uproar. Think ladies, we did live without computers until recently, surely we could revert to pre-computer mode for a short time until the gremlins are sorted out.
    I dont think for a moment QVC would let this situation go on a moment longer than nessesary. They wont be too happy losing sales.Wonder if you will ever read this.

    i had a problem on an advanced order for ultrasun on qvc.com.altho gremlins in the works cant always be helped i dont agree with some people being given ez pay and some not. a lot of people like myself have been shopping with qvc for a long time and have spent an awful lot of money.i think the best way to sort it out would be to send beauty day shoppers an ez pay voucher that would make it fairer than 2 prizes but its unfair to uproar about something that cant be helped and the people at the call centre dont deserve any rudeness as they are more than helpful always even tho they may have had a bad day

    Technology is great when it works. Please don’t blame QVC directly for this. Sometimes things happen beyond anyone’s control and it takes time to resolve technical issues. Thank you for my Promotional Code. I successfully used this and ordered ONLINE!
    There are many ways to order the great products QVC has to offer so choose another option until their servers are fully operational. Above all – calm down. This situation is not life threatening – From a very happy customer.

    Re The above comments this has happened to me several times, I have placed several items on order and check out has gone blank. This has happened again today. I’m a good customer of QVC and love their jewelry and efficient service. I like to buy online as I usually order more than one item at a time. I have received the email mentioned above but cannot get my order through online to use the easy pay yet. Please fix this as my keys are “itching”!!!! New to QVC within the last few months and love to watch it as there are only repeats on all the digi channels. Keep meaning to give some reviews as I like writing but have been too busy lately.

    i also have had problems i rang customer service see if they could take orders from me by just discribing the items as i diden,t have the item no, the chap sorted it for me and coulden,t have been more helpfull, well done to these poor people who have to put up with a lot from some customers who are annoyed at that time, hoping that i never have to complain about anything in the future, they are to nice for that

    I have been experiencing problems on line during the last few days, so I clicked on reading about these issues out of interest. To my surprise, it seems from these posts that some customers were given easy pay codes to be used on Beauty Day. I am too, a very good customer of QVC, only buy my beauty products here, and believe me, I have spent a lot of money there! Why was there then, some apparently preferential treatment given to some customers, rather than to all? I was a little piqued also to find that free P&P was offered on Elemis products on Beauty Day, after I had recently bought a lot of Elemis during their recent special promotion. Had I known about the free P&P in advance, I would have waited to buy on Beauty Day instead, and saved myself a lot of pounds in P&P!

    The problems on the web site are irritating, esp. on Beauty Day but this is the first time I can remember a problem in more than ten years. Compared with many websites this isn’t bad and I’m sure QVC will sort it soon – it is business to them after all.
    I was offered a three-pay code for Beauty Day and afterwards as an apology for the problems. Unfortunately still not able to use the code provided on the 17th. When all this is fixed it would be a clever move if QVC had a multi-pay day for everyone as a sign of goodwill.

    How ironic that I was trying to place an order with the easypay code I was given after the beauty day problems and find out I cannot use it as the same problems occuring again! Thought I would take advantage to do some stocking up for early xmas presents, so would have spent a bit more than usual.
    Unfortunately, we both lose out. How annoying!

    I attempted to place an order on Queue Cut this morning . I was upstairs at the time and didn”t have my membership number with me , I typed in my pin number as usual but my order could not be placed without the membership number . I have never had this happen before .

    I must add my comments to the other customers that have complained that some customers received an easy pay code for Beauty day but not others. I didn’t receive it and buy regularly from the Beauty department so feel very disappointed. As for the web problem I have been emailing QVC regards this issue for months now so it’s about time something is being sorted, just a pity it took so long.

    Like others, I’ve given up trying now – I’m missing too much of the Open golf from St Andrews! In view of the continuing problem, I haven’t been able to use the Easy Pay promotion offer, and I think it would be only fair of QVC to extend this offer for a few days after the computer problem has been sorted out, so that we have a fair chance to use it.

    I still cant get my easy pay code to work and it expires tonight, it is not the beauty code, just a general use one. You cant use on Qcut and it costs a fortune to phone call centre as I have to use a mobile.

    I tried to place an order on the web last weekend but after trying nearly all day finally phoned customer services and was told there was a problem with the website, I couldn’t even check my order status for goods I had previously ordered. I was emailed an easy pay promotion which was to end today Sunday 18th July and yet again have been trying all day to order a couple of items and website isn’t working again, so will not be able to have the benefit of the easy pay promotion.

    This is really frustrating! I am missing out on using an easy pay code today. It’s very annoying when you want to order something knowing you are getting a good deal, then to find out you cant’t access the website. It’s pointless ordering by phone because you can only use the code online! I have been a member for nearly 12 years and have always been very happy with the service i’ve received from QVC until now! I know it’s probably a technical fault but that doesn’t help when you need to get your order in by a limited time!!!

    The easy pay code is available on all voucher code / cashback sites affiliated with QVC, thats where I got mine. People aren’t necessarily being sent them, but are looking for offer codes themselves through these sites. They still aren’t working though and tbh if it wasnt for cashback I’d probably give up on QVC.com as the site is terrible. The organisation of items particularly in craft is appalling, 100 A6 card blanks found in “other” card blank area instead of the “A6″ section within Card Blanks and dont appear when searching for A6 card blanks. I get this a lot and the info provided is often inaccurate.

    i also had trouble on beauty day both with online ordering and q-cut. i rang the orderline number and the lady was very nice & extremely helpful as i couldn’t remember the numbers of all the things i’d tried to order. She found them all in a flash. I usually do all my ordering online but have now been prompted to use the old fashioned way of actually speaking to someone.
    I wasn’t offered a 3 pay option either, but you don’t miss what you never had.

    I complained about the website back in the end of June and was virtually told it was something I was doing wrong.I was not happy with that at all as I knew it was not a problem my end. I have been ordering from QVC for over 5 years and had never had this terrible problem with ordering. I have all the same problems as all the other people here have commented on.
    I do hope QVC get this properly sorted out soon as they will lose a lot of custom and they must be losing a lot of money.

    i also have had problems ordering i tried on the internet did not seem to be having anyluck so ordered on q cut checked my account today and it had gone through twice so had to ring qvc this morning very nice lady said how sorry she was and said she would send a free postage label out.

    I too had problems online with ordering late last night, but I called customer services and they sorted it out quickly for me. I was trying to order the one time only just before midnight using my easy pay code, and because it was slow I missed the oto price, but as I say they sorted it out immediately.

    I am still having issues with your website. I did ask customer services a few weeks ago whether they were aware of a problem but was told that they did not know of anything being amiss…
    Your homepage today is offering special prices and exclusives but half the time the page with the product information will not load and even typing in the item number of products is not working.
    When you give promotional codes they can generally only be used for ordering via the website, otherwise I would stick to Q-cut for everything…

    Like all the other writers I too have been having problems with the QVC web site for a while on and off but particularly on Beauty Day and it has been very annoying.
    I am going to play Devils Advocate now. Aren’t we lucky to have access to the web site and (usually) be able to take advantage of such things as Last Clicks, Web Only easy pay and ease of ordering? (when all is going well of course) Customers without web access miss out on all these perks. I guess QVC are just as frustrated by all these problems and are striving to clear it asap as it is surely affecting internet sales. Lets give them a chance to sort it and today take advantage of more easy pays offered to us on the web and chill a little!

    My comment is not so much about the website but about how qvc discriminates to customers of the uk who dont live on ukmainland.
    I have noticed that a lot of electrical items are delivered to uk mainland only.Well i live in n Ireland,i am a qvc customer for over 15yrs now and order frequently,a recent tsv item (a laptop) wasnt available to me,yet i haave had large,bulky heavy excercise equiptment delivered no problem.I mailed customer services and the reply was that some items “arent suitable” to be delivered to non uk mainland.How can a laptop be not suitable but a large bulky heavy exerciser be suitable.I feel discriminated against by where i live.Oh and reading the easy pay offers given to some and not others i feel even more so.

    I lost two Kim & Co orders last week in her clearence sale. Not happy at all Was not until I checked a couple of day later tthat I saw they were not on my account.     I have had problems ordering online for a few weeks, not just this past beauty day. Also only received easy pay code after the day = still could not use it as i could not order online. Tonight, again could not order online on some items through G H and Nina Leonard so used Q cut. \missed out some of what I wanted. Sadly this is the only complaint I have had with QVC after 12 years loyal shopping……Just hope webmasters get website back on track soon….

    Well I have to say first that I love QVC, they are quite literally my lifeline as I am not able to get out and about anymore as I have to look after my son 24/7 who is very poorly, so thankyou to QVC for being “simply the best shopping channel with fantastic products”.
    But unfortunately I have had the same problem of not being able to order on-line for quite some time now, i.e. the last 2-3 months, working one minute, and not the next, as many other people have said it is extremely frustrating. I use the internet constantly, and because I am up at all hours of the day and night this is when I place my orders, or should I say this is when I have many times tried to place an order and it comes back saying that my order cannot be placed at that moment in time, and like many other people I thought it was something to do with my computer, until my husband put me straight. He actually bought me SKY for QVC, as he knows how difficult it is for me not being able to get out an about.
    It is a very annoying and frustrating situation, but life goes on, I do not have the time, or energy for it to be anything else, and I will continue to shop when I can.
    I will keep my eyes and ears open for the announcement that it has been fixed.

    hi on the 10th of july i had the same problems as everyone else and couldnt access the write up about the elemis products so missed out there with the easypay promotion! a few days later i was sent another one (thanksqvc) and i wanted some south sea pearls tried all week to put them through didnt work. The i received with the promotion EASY10 said order online only which i dont think is that fair if you are given a code then i think you should be able to use it which ever way you choose to order an exception being Q cut i dont think that would work. so thought no point in ringing customer services anyway 17th of july tried again and hip array it worked! There now in the post however i did ring customer services to make sure the order was received and they where very nice and couldnt appolygise enough about the web problem i know its not your fault qvc and i am sure you will sort it as soon as you can

    I too am having problems with the website.It started a couple of months ago.I phoned customer services about the problem whlist helpful I was told it was my computer and my settings needed to be reset.I explained i hadn’t had a problem before and had missed out on easy pay items.I was given a step by step guide to reset them but i had missed the easy pay options NO CODE sent to me!!The problem keeps happening!In fact IT STOPPED about 13.30hrs today as i was trying to place an order.I have just retried and i can’t place an order but i can see the 24hr products to 15.00 but it is 19.30hrs now!! missing hours
    The other reason i have been given is that i use a link from the necter site so that i can earn on my goods and why not as the P+P seems to have risen!Note QVC i use the same link for other shopping and have NO problems.

    Please Please Please, get this sorted. I am trying to order Diamonique and I keep getting ‘We cannot proccess you order at this time’and the worst thing is, you then offer me to ‘Keep Shopping’ I should be so lucky. I just want to order on line Argggg

    For the person who asked what affiliate cash back is (Disgruntled Customer July 17th) I believe it is a rewards scheme offered by some credit card companies – nothing to do with QVC.

    What a shocker. Still not working.
    Also, what is going on with a system when a customer given a code tries to order and the system does not recognise that code over the course of 2 days, and then once the code deadline has passed, the system says, “This code is no longer valid.”???? If it didn’t recognise it, how can it suddenly decide that it is or isn’t valid? What’s the point in issuing codes which cannot be used? Also, what is the reasoning behind offering some people easy-pay and not extending the courtesy to other loyal, long-time shoppers? A very dubious PR exercise indeed.
    I think QVC need to stop taking customer loyalty for granted, and at least be consistent in what customers are being told about any problems. It seems to me that depending upon which CS rep. one gets through to, help and advice will be given, or the customer will be left completely in the dark. Again, not good enough.
    I still can’t access products or my account online, and, as a consequence, can’t order via the website. There must be thousands of customers experiencing the same thing and it is, quite frankly, a poor show for a company of the size of QVC.

    I am quite sad that I missed out on the being able to use the re-issue of the 3 easy payments voucher because of the technical problems. It’s too late to try and order now.

    Well it’s now the 21st July and I’m still waiting to look at my account details to see if the item I returned; which was faulty has been replaced with the item I had on hold to replace it with has been sent…nothing has turned up in the post. I did speak to customer services on the 8th (after getting a refund email not my expected replacement)who then took my payment details AGAIN for the replacement but nothing has turned up and would have expected it by now!! To be honest getting through to customer services is a nightmare at the mo… This is not the QUALITY of service you used to offer, online or via the telephone.
    COME ON QVC…PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER…shopping with you USED to be a pleasure!!!

    I too have experienced problems when trying to order items on about three or four occasions, thought it was my computer as I am something of a novice at finding my way around my machine and felt that I had done something wrong ,so on the last time I called in an expert, who assured me that it was definitely net my fault. Because of the problems I lost out on some purchases I had been wating to order. Today I find to my disappointment that the problem is still very much evident, as I cannot get past the Home page again. It is putting me off using QVC altogether as it has become unreliable.

    Hi i have managed to place an order on the website and i did not have any problems placing an order or checking My Account (i didn’t use any easy pay codes at this time). Time is 17.49 and the date is 21/7/10

    This is driving me potty now. It’s been going on for weeks not days. Trying to order Decleor today and it’s not having it AGAIN. Forget it QVC. How ridiculous! I thought it was supposed to be an award-winning website!!!!!!!!

    OK folks – it’s the 21st Century and it appears that everyone is complaining about the problems with the web site. However, let’s flip this for a minute – with the amount of traffic that QVC are probably experiencing at the moment due to the products that they are selling, it’s no wonder that the Internet and their call centre phone lines are having a bit of a workload. Normally, we wouldn’t be experiencing these difficulties and everyone wouldn’t be having a bit of a moan and groan so let’s give the guys at QVC a bit of a break on this one and post some nice comments on here for a thread or two. I too was a little annoyed with trying to put an order in for the family on Beauty Day but I persevered with the telephone line and got through to someone who sorted it out for me in a matter of minutes. We all know that the “reduction in service” (if you can call it that) is not the norm with QVC – however, it would be good to have an update from you QVC as to what the current situation is with your website – a token gesture for your loyal customers wouldn’t go a miss :-)

    I too have missed out on the easy pay i think they should give us the easy pay code and let us order what we wanted and make sure they order in what we wanted without going on waitlist
    however i do have to admit this is the second time ive not been able to use my easy pay code, so im well upset and i missed out on the item i wanted

    I have been unable to look at or order anything on this website for the past three days. Obviously, by the amount of posted comments above, this is happening to a lot of other customers too. It is very frustrating, especially as the presenters still tell us to “look on-line”. I wish!!! I do think that something should be mentioned about this on the live programmes as there must be an awful lot of bewildered customers wondering what is going on. I find it quite staggering that a company as big as QVC cannot get whatever this problem is sorted out quicker than this.

    I have a few items in my favourites list that I am thinking of ordering and keep checking for any reviews. But every time I try and look at products or my account all I get is “We’re sorry. We cannot access the item information you requested at this time. A Customer Service Representative may, however, be able to help you. Please call 0800 51 41 31″ There seems to be an awful lot of on line problems at the moment – are they all part of the same thing? Im afraid Im starting to get a bit fed up. This has been going on for a couple of months and really should have been sorted by now.

    After reading all the negative comments on here I felt its was only right to praise QVC for doing a good job.
    I ordered a ring yesterday afternoon and it has been dispatched today and I will receive it tomorrow morning.
    Well Done QVC keep up the good work.

    Sorry have to agree with the vast majority of customers. I find it somehow ridiculous that we have been having the same problem since beauty day and a company as big as QVC cannot retify the problems. I am an avid QVC shopper as I am disabled I depend on internet shopping a lot and I am very disappointed with the service lately I have missed many items I wanted to buy so come on QVC if your customers are as important to you as you say get it sorted.

    Site playing up again today. Really annoyed when trying to purchase a watch to find that the website was yet again unable to process my order. By the time I’d got through to customer services on the phone the item had sold out. This is about the 8th time I have been unable to purchase something this month and my patience has now worn out.
    Seems rather stupid to hold a sale when technical problems are still an issue.

    I’m trying to order 4 items and am still having problems ordering online!! QVC this has been going on for a while now its incredibily frustrating therefore i’m giving up!!! From reading comments from others it looks like you have lost an awful lot of business which is a shame as your service is usually top notch.

    I am a new customer placed an order the other day and now the website does not know my e-mail and I don’t have a account number locked out. Does anyone know how long it takes for QVC to create an account.

    I am unable to get onto homepage although can get onto Customer Service but then no further. It seemed to start after I had downloaded updates for Windows8.1 having been told to go back to that from W10 by Acer. Also been having intemittent problems with steeaming channels with lots of pauses throughout. This happened with last big update you did but then was fixed.
