Excitement is reaching fever pitch at QVC Towers as we launch the QVC Beauty channel. Yes, you read that right – a brand new TV channel dedicated exclusively to beauty!

There'll be no more worrying about when you're going to get your next beauty fix as you'll be able to tune in 24 hours a day to watch your favourite beauty shows.

How can I watch it?

It's available on Sky channel 658, Freesat channel 816 and can also be streamed online at www.qvcuk.com/qvcbeauty. At the moment we're not able to offer QVC Beauty on Cable or Freeview but there may be opportunities in the future which we'll keep you posted on.

What can I expect?

We'll be bringing you the best of QVC's premium beauty products, brands and expert tips 24 hours a day broadcast in one hour programmes. These will be compiled from video clips of the most recent live presentations from our main channel.

While the channel won't feature live shows, it will give presentations packed full of tips and advice covering the latest trends with top brands from Elemis to Decleor and Bare Escentuals to Leighton Denny. You'll be able to buy through the usual ordering methods with the exception that the Buy button won't be available.

It's now time to satisfy your love of beauty and enjoy the first channel dedicated to looking gorgeous – QVC Beauty.

Hi it’s a dissapointment that I cannot watch on virgin tv.Come on qvc give us all a chance to watch!!!!!!!!

  9. Louise October 26, 2010 at 5:56 pm -  Reply

The new channel is just a compilation of previously aired hours on the original QVC channel, so everyone will have had the opportunity to see the hours if they watch QVC.

Think it’s a pity that it’s not on Freeview

Very disappointing, my family and I purchase all of our beauty products from QVC and we only have freeview. What a shame that all freeview customers, and their loyalty for the past 10 years will be lost. What do we do now without all that advice?

  12. Wendy Smith October 26, 2010 at 10:11 pm -  Reply

There will not be TSV’s and offers as the shows are repeats of clips and items from the regular QVC channel. They are repeats, not live shows, so if you have already watched on the regular QVC channel you will have seen the offers before

you’ve made my day i usually watch the repeat beauty channel on sky active over & over i learnt how to put my make up on watching these shows,i started wearing foundation & eyeshadow/liner etc by these shows i learnt what to buy, what shades, how to hide & fix problems .i was terrified of looking like a clown so avoided make up,now i wear full face make up & people stare and compliment my make up,by the way am in my 40’s,so never say never.i buy all my make up,creams & perfumes from qvc,so a BIG thanks to qvc and there beauty channels = 1 HAPPY LADY !

You wont miss out, these shows are just repeats of what’s already been on, a bit of a dissapointment really as they are clips and not well put together. A bit disjointed in my opinion. I love QVC but having watched a couple of the first shows on Tuesday, I don’t think I’ll be tuning in to this channel much. If I want to watch to show on QVC and won’t be in I record it anyway.

I also think it is unfair to us loyal freeview only customers that we cannot watch the new beauty channel without switching on the pc.
Come on QVC let us all join in and watch it.
