Since Sunday 3rd May, we have been experiencing technical issues with the online form on our website which allows you to email your Customer Care queries to us. This means that we are currently unable to access any of the emails that have been sent to us via this form between Sunday 3rd May and Wednesday 6th May when we disabled the form.
So that we can resolve your queries as quickly as possible, if you emailed us during this time please can you send your query to us again at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you to those who have already done this.
Our technical teams are working on this and will hopefully have the form back up and running as soon as possible.
