Because of my age I like to give my neck a triple 'whammy' each morning. During the summer I use Decleor Aromessence Solaire on my face and neck, followed by Elemis Pro-Collagen Neck and Bust, and then my moisturiser, which at the moment is L'Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream.

In bed each night, before I blow the candle out, I cover my lips and the skin around them in Gatineau's Defilift Volumizing Lip Care, then I massage Decleor Aromessence Ongles onto my cuticles and nails, and finally I apply four pumps of Decleor Hand Cream (don't tell Fiona) using any residue to rub into my elbows.

One of my best results, with the most comments from others, has been a more toned face around the cheeks and jowl area, by combining these QVC products – Gatineau's Defilift Serum and Cream, applied with the Tresonics sponge applicator.

Then the Clarisonic brush head to cleanse and invigorate the area. Finally, if you have time, do the twelve weeks with the Slendertone face which we launched a month or so ago!

For me the gels from the SBC range are always great to have at home because you can use them in so many ways! I love the SBC Collagen Gel in the summer, I'll use it as an after sun, I also sometimes decant some into a small pot and keep it in the fridge to use as a cooling eye gel.

If I'm a bit spotty I will mix a pump of collagen or SBC Propolis Gel with a couple of drops of Australian Bodycare Tea Tree Oil and create my own antibacterial moisturiser. When the weather is warmer I sometimes mix collagen gel with my cream moisturiser to make it less heavy.

I love Alpha H's Micro Cleanse, it's currently in my shower and I use it before I shave to remove the dead skin and to help soften the hairs.

I add a drop of oil (such as Liz Earle Superskin, Decleor Neroli or Sarah Chapman Overnight Facial) to my day and night moisturiser to give my skin a fresh, dewy glow. I also add Emma Hardie's Moringa Balm to my handcream to keep my hands looking soft and smooth for jewellery shows and to soften rough, dry cuticles.

For a restorative bedtime treat I sometimes double cleanse with Liz Earle's Cleanse & Polish then follow with a thick layer of SBC Propolis Gel combined with whatever night cream I am using.

I add Sarah Chapman Overnight Facial to my shave foam to get a clean, smooth, nick-free shave – the added emollient helps the razor glide over the skin and the extra vitamins and peptides leave my skin feeling conditioned and calm.

I combine SBC Cucumber Gel with L'Occitane Foot Cream to get an extra refreshing foot treatment , this is great way to cool and soothe the feet especially during the summer. Take this combination of products onto the bottom of the leg too and massage in – afterwards you literally feel like you are walking on air!!

I am currently using the Decleor Aromessance Solaire Body Oil and find it goes a great deal further and is easier to apply if you spray it directly onto the body before you towel dry after a shower or bath. It's far easier to move it across the skin, and leaves you with limbs that gleam and look moisturised!

More recently I've been introduced to Bobbi Brown's Face Touch-up Palette which is just fabulous. It includes a concealer, corrector, foundation and face finish powder, and is ALL I need on a daily basis to make my face look flawless. I use the Honey shade as I'm fairly tanned at present, and my tip is to use the Dark Bisque Concealer as an eye colour as it covers any freckles or creases and looks totally natural!

If you struggle with redness or uneven complexion then add a bit of your favourite foundation in with Ultrasun Face SPF50, this way you get the hint of colour with the protection and it usually has a matt finish to it too.

Great tips, thanks:-) can I use a serum under my ultrasun? I love chloe’s tip of mixing some foundation with ultrasun.. I have been using ultrasun 50 on face and decolletage every morning.. Though I spend very little time in sun and never sunbathe so do I really need a factor 50? I have sallow olive skin, tan easily but am 60 end of year so dont want to look my age.. But would still love a bit of natural tan on face?,

My daughter’s hair has become very thin and wispy. She has always had fine hair but following a trauma 18months ago her hair seems to have become more and more fine and last year she noticed quite a bit of hair loss after showering. She is 32. Can you recommend products that may help please.

    this is for Gill Dockrill.
Hello, I suffered from hairloss for a few months after an operation. I was told to take Biotin (vitamin B 7 or 8) to help replace my hair. it worked for me so hopefully it will work for your daughter too

I would like to obtain the Laura geller baked body frosting all over face & body glow (sugar glow/honey glow) but it is no longer available from qvc. Is there another LG product you would recommend in its place? Thank you x
