Waxing lyrical with Yankee Candle

Pardon the pun but if there is anything I can wax lyrical about it’s definitely Yankee Candles and I just had to let you in on the big Today’s Special Value offer that’s upon us on.

Now here’s a great wax fact, this offer will be available to order early so put some wax on those tracks and grab yours while you can as the fragrances on offer are just gorgeous and price is incredible!

So before I get on your wick (sorry, couldn’t resist) let me tell you what’s included. Firstly the choice of fragrance. You get to choose between Midnight Jasmine, Black Cherry,Peony,Lemon Lavender, Red Apple Wreath, Cinnamon Stick, Vanilla Lime, Vanilla Cupcake or my all time favourite Clean Cotton. The TSV includes two large jars, one medium jar, one small jar and two boxes of tea lights with 12 tea lights in each box.

I absolutely adore these candles and the best way I can describe them to you, is what you see is what you smell.

Yankee pride themselves on being true to life fragrances and every single one I’ve smelt is exactly what it says on the jar. Even the fantasy fragrances like the snowy wintry ones actually smell cold!

I find that the candles fit into certain categories namely floral, fresh fruity or foodie.

Most of the time I go for the fresh options, but that’s the beauty of Yankee – you can change your fragrance and change your mood. I do think that Clean Cotton, my all-time favourite, has held the top spot for so long for very good reason. Who doesn’t love the smell of fresh linens and clean sheets? It’s a real homely smell and a fabulous fragrance to start with or what I do is I burn it in between burning different fragranced jars to give my home a clean fresh start every time.

Our Today’s Special Value set offers all options of fragrance to try and you could break the collection down into several generous gifts, plus if you do fancy a foodie option go for the Vanilla Cupcake, a sumptuous shot of Yankee Candle sweetness with not a calorie insight!

I adore Yankee candles and I have a large collection. I have recently started using the plug ins in areas where I can’t have candles such as the landing. I am very impressed with them just wish they would do more fragrances in them! Back to the candles, I am currently enjoying the festive fragrances at the moment. A little tip for anyone like me who gets the auto deliveries, Christmas magic and vibrant saffron from the autumn collection smell fab when they are lit together. A nice spicy Christmas fragrance. I love to light two together that compliment each other.

Yankee candles give off poisonous fumes every time they are burning because they are made with soy or paraffin wax – if you want a healthy, clean burning candle that purifies the air (and smells delicious!) you need to use a 100% beeswax candle. Please do not take my word for it – do your own research!

It’s an AMAZING offer. I confess I have taken advantage of the easy pay and treated our home to four sets to see us through into the new ( and probably beyond….). And it’s such great value. I even have a number of gifting options – not just for Christmas either, new home and birthday gifts too!

Hi Jilly I hope you & yours are all well & looking forward to the big day!! Just a quick e mail to ask about the cold shoulder jumper that you wore for the launch of the Kipling TSV at midnight on Monday 18th December I’m hoping you will give me the details of where I might get one.

Many thanks & a Happy Christmas,
    Jean xx
