Incredibly it’s almost time to renew our New Year’s Resolutions, and this January 1st at QVC we’re inviting you to Try Something New, with a special day of shows to give your resolve a kick-start.
Many of us repeatedly avow to shape up come January, especially after the decadence of the festive period, and that can be especially tricky with all the hearty and filling foods we enjoy during the colder months. But different methods work for different people and accordingly we’ve got ideas lined up regardless of your approach.
First up, AeroPilates will be offering you the first Today’s Special Value offer of 2015 with an exercise machine for those of you who are planning on toning arms, legs, bums and tums. Pilates is designed to contribute to improving posture and co-ordination, strengthen dynamic stability and create a balance between strength and flexibility. Great for all ages and abilities, the AeroPilates machine allows you to do low-impact cardiovascular exercise, meaning less stress on your joints.
If (like this writer) you’re a fan of food and don’t want to sacrifice flavour while dropping a few pounds, Diet Chef will be along to share their scrummy meal plans that are big on taste but scrimp on calories. Regular readers may have been following our presenter Marverine Cole‘s progress with the plan and know how much of a fan she is, so join her at 8pm on New Year’s Day.
Of course, it wouldn’t be QVC without an effort-saving alterantive solution, and accordingly we’re bringing you a new brand that you can shop for online straight away: skinnytees. Hugely popular with QVC shoppers in the U.S., skinnytees’ seamless tank tops come with plenty of stretch to smooth out unwanted lumps and bumps – helping you to feel more body confident the moment you put one on. Soft and breathable, they shape, flatter and frame the body whether worn alone or layered under other tops.
