Try a Tria! Our exciting Today’s Special Value for Thursday!

Hi everyone, I hope you're well and enjoying the increasingly pleasant weather we've been having in between the obligatory April showers.

It's been very busy this end but I always like to take time out for a nice, relaxing bath with some of my lovely QVC beauty indulgences.

Well, although its relaxing I'm never alone as my cats are quite fascinated by the process as you can see. Here's Pixiecat nosing and Popsiecat has made herself at home on my bath towel! Good job I love this adorable duo so much, hee hee. Life is a constant ritual of de-furring furniture, clothes and, as you can see, bath towels! But utterly worth every little hair.

On the subject of hair…we recently had a laser hair removal device brought to us by Tria, whose founders are the same ones to invent diode laser hair removal technology over a decade ago. Their device uses exactly the same diode laser technology used by dermatologists.

PopsiecatAnd Tria now bring us the Age-Defying Anti-Ageing Laser. This is based on the same underlying technology as the lasers used by some professionals but it has been made suitable for home use. The cost of a single treatment on the high street can far exceed the total purchase price of our TSV, which will deliver multiple treatments!

Now, coming onto cost…this type of advanced treatment doesn't come cheap. If bought direct at you would pay £450. I'm thrilled to tell you QVC are offering this exact same product for 24 hours at almost £80 less! That's including the P&P costs, too!

Ok, so great savings are nothing without great results. Women who used the laser in clinical studies reported a number of visible improvements to their skin including reduced fine lines and wrinkles, reduced pigmentation, enhanced clarity and smoothness. In a clinical study users reported visible results in as little as two weeks!

I really want to give this a try after reading some of the feedback from our own customer panel who've been trying it. Here's Linda's feedback:

"The Tria is very easy to use, you just switch it on and glide it over your face – simple to fit into my beauty regime. The texture of my skin is smoother and has a more even colour. I have two large sun spots and one has nearly completely gone and the other has a marked difference. It can now easily be hidden with the lightest foundation whereas before I was using the Tria I would have to use concealer as well. I will always use this"

We will hear more testimony throughout the day on Thursday from people who have tried it. I just hope you can join me at midnight on Wednesday going into Thursday as I think it will be a runaway success! Wouldn't want you to miss out on this fab offer and, remember, we always have our money back guarantee but the TSV price is only for one day.

Keep well and I will see you soon!

Love Catherine xxx

Hi catherine, lovely to catch up with you on your blog, I don’t do twitter so always look forward to a new post from you. Your cats are just so gorgeous!! I’ve got Elsa now and she has made such a huge difference to my life. I’ve been bed bound recently which has been tough, but the upside is Elsa has not left my side, apart from feeding and going outside. So I know what you mean cat hair wise!!! It’s a constant job, but well worth it.
I have so enjoyed your shows recently and truly you look amazing. I love your hair curly too. Despite saying you had to buy16 jeans yesterday you really don’t look larger. In fact stunning was the word I would describe you in the nina l pink dress!
Must confess I really loved you in the yong Kim hooded top, but find they are just a bit too pricey for me at the moment. I seem to buy the majority of my clothes from qvc though and am living in a pair of Carole hochman pjs!!
Take care and lots of love diane xxx

    Hi Diane,
It’s always so lovely to hear from you. Thank you for your very kind words. You make me blush!
Great to hear how little Elsa is getting on. What made you choose the name? The only other Elsa that springs to mind, for me, is Tiffany designer Elsa Perretti. It’s a gorgeous name. She sounds so sweet wanting to be near you all the time. I find my two love to be near but always on their terms, ha ha! They’ll follow me into rooms then sit near me but not cuddle. One day I’ll win them over fully and get smothered in kittycat kisses!
I’m so happy that Elsa has had such a wonderful impact on your life. You’ve impacted mine today by making me smile, so thank you.

Hi Catherine, I received my tria on Wednesday and started straight away, after I’ve used it I apply elemis pro-collagen cleansing balm and leave it to soak in overnight, my skin looks amazing in the morning and it takes away any redness, 3 days in and I can’t wait to see the results in 8 weeks! I started on level 1 then went to level 3 on the 2nd day(eager for those results!) the balm definitely helped. Good luck with yours,

    Hi Lorna,
Thanks for writing to me. Always lovely to hear from folk, especially cat loving folk!
Sadly, Dinky was quite an alpha male and dominated the other cats at Chez Huntley. They began showing signs of distress, such as weeing on beds, so I had a word with the vets about what to do nd they said he would be better off as the only cat in a one cat household so he went to live with some friends where he is now the king and loving it!
As for sweet Babycat, I think Pixie and Popsie associated her presence with Dinky’s so they just never warmed to her. A friend of mine told me of someone he knew who had lost her husband (and father to her two young children) about a year previously. They had adopted a kitten who brought them immense joy but, very sadly, went missing. This lovely family now have Babycat. She couldn’t be happier. She lives with two other very well adjusted cats who have accepted her and her best friend is the newest member of the household, a puppy! They share the dog bed together and just seem to be the best of pals.
It was all very heartbreaking at the time for me and the children. I felt lots of guilt for moving them around and for upsetting Pix and Pops but, I believe, it has all worked out for the best in the end.
I hope all is well with you, take good care.

    Hi Gayle,
Really pleased to hear about your results with the Tria! I’ve been using mine for a few days and I’m almost certain I can see a difference already but I’m wondering if I’m just convincing myself so I have taken before shots and will compare as the weeks go on.
I jumped to level two on the second day and will go to level three once Ive completed the first week. I like the idea of using the elemis balm. I have some of that so will try that, too. Thanks for the tip!
Keep me informed of your progress, I’d love to hear how you get on.
    Love Catherine x

Aww Catherine, thank you for answering my question I just always wondered and happily everything has worked out for the best! I have 4 myself, coco,Fudge,Buttons and Mr.T who I wanted to call Twix but my husband said my chocolate theme (another love)was getting ridiciolous!! Three of them live most of the time in harmony but one is very solitary and spends most of the time in my bedroom!
I see you are using the Tria are you still seeing results? I did try the nono but it wasn’t for me and I cannot say it wasn’t that you wouldn’t eventually get results but it takes alot of work!
I look forward to your next blog and keeping up with you, work and home and of course cats!!! Love from Lorna xxx

    Hi Catherine,
2 weeks in with my Tria and I can really see a difference already, my skin looks “fresher” although it’s too early to say if my lines are diminishing!
I did have a little dry patch on my cheekbone but upped my regime with more exfoliating and face masks and that helped, I’ve also started using perricone blue plasma before my elemis balm and that seems to have worked really well.
Reading the reviews I feel I’ve sorted the “dryness” out(only until your skin gets used to it) and as for looking “red” I do it before going to bed so altho I can feel my face “glow” I can’t see it and it soon calms down.
I’m loving it and seeing this difference in such a short space of space makes me want to continue and hopeful the results will continue to get better over the next 6 weeks.
    How are you getting on?
    Love, gayle x
