We’re in the thick of awards season and while seemingly everyone is talking about the best films, shows and plays to appear in movie theatres and on stage over the last twelve months, here at QVC we’re getting ready to raise the curtain on our Theatre of Gems mini-event, happening on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th March, when a three-hour show will air at 7pm on both days.
Whether you’re looking for some high-sparkle for your own red carpet moment, or simply craving something a bit blinging for a Saturday night at the movies, these shows will be packed with something like fifty shades of blue, pink, purple, red and more – all available on interest-free Easy Pay instalments so you can spread the cost.
There’ll be an array of fantastic gemstones at prices to suit all pockets, from under £30 to… well, a lot more than that for this show-stopping white gold, AAA tanzanite and diamond ring, for instance.
Our gem buyers have gone around the world to bring you some of the finest and most unusual jewels. Some are out of Africa, others from Russia with love, and plenty come from places that we’re struggling to make film puns about, like Canada (suggestions in the comments please!!).
We’ve picked out just a handful of the gorgeous pieces that’ll be appearing on-air to feature in our pictures here. Among those featured is a sparkling ring with stones laid out in a floral design; it comes in three options – aquamarine, white topaz, and emerald – which gem fans will note relates to the birthstones for March, April and May respectively, and each one has a diamond at its heart.
There’ll also be bracelets, more rings, necklaces and earrings, some of which combine an array of stones to create an attention-grabbing rainbow effect that will definitely help you stand out from the supporting cast, while others have a single large stone or a clutch of smaller matching gems.
You’ll have to tune in to see the full selection, so set a date with your set-top box and grab the popcorn – things are about to get interesting!
