The winners of our Beauty Day competition are…

4

During our Beauty Day bonanza on Saturday (28th January), we gave you the chance to win one of four amazing beauty experiences. All you had to do was answer this simple question:

Who is QVC's resident beauty expert? The answer is, of course, Alison Young.

We were inundated with correct answers and can now reveal the winners…

  • Chloe Holland from East Sussex has won a deluxe facial with Emma Hardie
  • Amanda Jane Williamson from Lincolnshire has won a deluxe manicure with an OPI expert
  • Fiona Foskett from the Isle of Wight has won a haircut at Percy & Reed
  • Rachael Hunt from Bristol has won a bareMinerals make-under with SJ and Lee

Congratulations! You'll be contacted shortly to arrange your prizes.

If you weren't lucky this time, keep your eyes peeled for more competitions coming soon.

Many thanks for a great day last Thursday, we had a brilliant time. It was lovely meeting some of the people who come into our homes daily also as a dedicated Gatineau user I really enjoyed meeting Andrew Bagley and speaking to him about the products I use, what a lovely guy, as was Leighton Denny, a fellow Yorkshire Tyke…lol
The “Goody Bag” was tremendous, something for everyone in there!

My mum was invited to the beauty bash on the Wednesday as she is always buying us goodies, some of our favourities are Liz
Earlie, Elemis,Gatineau, Ojon, Opi and could go on and on. you very kindly let her bring both my sister and myslef (who are both avid QVC fans). We had a fantastac time everyone was really friendly and helpful, we got a lot of nice comments on our skin and considering Mum is 86 and we are 63 and 62 respectively it was a big boost.
I have been a QVC customer for 10 years or so and can only say if it was not for QVC we would not have known about half of the products or been able to afford them, the beauty tips especially from Alison have been a great help.
Once again thank you QVC for a wonderful shopping channel and great products.
The Goody Bag was amazing thank you to all the suppliers. xxx

Many thanks for a wonderful afternoon last Thursday, it was well worth the jaunt down from Glasgow and I felt privileged to be invited for the first time in my 11 years of builing a Decleor/ Elemis and nail polish cupboard(s), some of which is making its way to the attic as I’m running out of space! The friend I brought along is now an avid customer, having never purchased from QVC before she has already bought CID cosmetics, Laura Geller and Ken Paves in the week since we got home! The one regret I have is that as we flew home that evening we had to abandon some of our beauty bag goodies as it was too late to get a bag checked in at the airport and they were too susbstantial and too many for the small clear bags we’re allowed at the airport!Shame we had to leave so much behind… and that Squeezy Jet don’t allow us to check bags in when one has already checked in online in advance. Still a brilliant though and many thanks.
Also, I didn’t get a chance to meet Alison, I was itching to show her pictures of my German Shepherds but it was an absolute thrill to meet Pippa who had me in stitches, she’s hillarious, and way too pretty to also be blessed with such a nice personality!
    Thanks again, Susan in Glasgow.
