The Sky’s the Limit

Emu Jolie slippers I hope you all had a good Christmas and that Santa brought you some thoughtful treats?? I was a very lucky girl, not only did I get my Emu Jolie slippers, I also had a Nahui Ollin handbag, which I had been craving since we first showed them on QVC, a new perfume and some vouchers for a pair of prescription glasses!!

Those of you who watch regularly will know that I often comment that my eyesight is not what it was, and although I have a pair of the Joan Rivers glasses which I find very good, I thought I was overdue for an eye test so suggested the glasses to the family as a Christmas present idea.

On Christmas morning, the gift tag on my bag told me to look inside the bag for something extra. I was busy enthusing about the bag itself as I retrieved a spectacle case from within. I opened the case to find what I can only describe as an 'awful' pair of glasses… white and orange tiger stripes and big square lenses!!!

I was strugging to find something to say. I am too honest to say 'they're lovely' when I didn't think they were. I looked up to find the family in hysterics – they weren't real glasses at all… thankfully.

I went along to Specsavers yesterday and after the eye test Sophie and Chris were on hand to help me choose the frames, along with the assistant (Irena) who is a QVC fan!! We chose purple frames for both pairs (buy one, get one free) - there's a suprise – and I'm sure you'll be seeing them on air sometime soon.

I also had one other present which made me realise just how thoughtful my family are. I love the sky lanterns, which I first saw during a festival in Spain a couple of years ago. You write your hopes and wishes on the lantern, set light to the fuel cell and let them float in to the sky. I think they are a lovely idea as without hopes and dreams, we have nothing.

So tonight, when I get home from launching the new year on QVC with our New CID Cosmetics TSV, (please join me if you're around?) I'm going out into the garden to set off my lantern with all my hopes for the new year on board.

I will be doing this instead of making new year's resolutions this year but I wonder if any of you are planning any?? If so, I hope you manage to stick to them.

I wish you all a happy and healthy 2011,
Much love, Julia XX

    Hi Julia,
I felt sorry for you guys having to work on New Years Eve, but you were all very bright and happy. I am a new customer to QVC and in 4 weeks have spent quite a few pennies. I treated myself to a rope of pearls a weakness of mine, last night. Last night you mentioned that you may cut your hair. I would’nt if I were you, your hair is so strong, like I used to have, I had mine cut into a shorter style in my 50’s, have tried growing it since, but it annoys me, I wish I had kept it long. The Chinese Lanterns is a lovely idea, I was thinking how lovely they would be to use in memory of someone, I was thinking of my husband whom I lost 4 year ago, Christmas is now hard going, but love the lantern idea. I did send a tx in last night, but, I wish you and your family, and all at QVC a peaceful and healthy 2011. Sincerely Brenda/from Ruislip

    Hi Julia
Glad you had a great Christmas and got what you wanted, I know what you mean about the glasses, I also had an eye test this year and got my first glasses, I was lucky as my first Spanish friend I made in Mallorca is an optician, she is so sweet and gave me the glasses for free.
For christmas I got a Storybook Knits cardigan from QVC, love it, and a B&W ring.
I was ill with my tummy again so, i did not eat lots of Christmas staff, but I look at it that I don”t have to diet in January. For new year Eve we went to the square with all the Spanish local ( have you ever spend it in Spain), you have to eat 12 grapes just before mid night, the town hall hand them to you when you inter the square, it is great fun. And as we have new year one hour before England, we got home just in time to see the English new year with you on QVC, you looked great by the way. Hope 2011 brings you all that you wish for.
    Much love.

Hi Julia – Happy New Year to you, your family – and all the guys and gals at QVC.
Glad Santa brought you lots of nice things – those slippers look so comfy and cosy !!!
I was a lucky girl too – hubby treated me to a couple of Kipling bags to add to my ever increasing collection (both Defeos – my absolute favourite) and a kipling purse. With money sent by my family I got a lovely pair of Lola Rose earrings and another couple of Gossip rubber strap watches – so thanks to their generosity and QVC I am a very happy bunny.
Glad you managed to get your new spectacles – there are so many gorgeous frames to choose from nowadays. I have been a wearer for about twenty five years now – so I have had all kinds of styles, colours , shapes and sizes. I remember my first pair were very Deirdre ‘ish’ in their stature and they were a bright shade of cornflower blue !!!
I look forward to seeing you with your new glasses – and to another year of shopping with QVC !
    Best wishes x

    Hi Julia,
Happy New Year again! I just wanted to say that I love the Chinese lanterns. We had loads and loads flying up all around us! Lovely sight. They’ve really ‘taken off’ this year – pardon the pun! I also wanted to say that I didn’t realise you’d said you may cut your hair this year until I read a blog. Funny as I was just thinking gosh how long it was/is and I wonder would you ever cut it? I think it would be a good move. Maybe just to the shoulder length of the lovely Debs girls? Would look elegant and healthy I’m sure. Anyway, just thought I’d add my thoughts too!
    Take care,

    Hi Julia,
Well, we all made it through the holidays, cold weather and very dark for me soaps! Maybe they lighten up soon! Otherwise I am looking forward to the Ice Dancing as I did an awful lot of that during my life.
The pretty Chinese Lanterns were ever present in our village over the holiday season. I love them but my husband goes nuts because they land in the fields, what is left of them, and manage to get mixed up with the cattle or sheep that our friends keep there in the winter! Never mind I happily go with a bag and pick them up! As long as I see them then I can do my part! The fireworks really play havoc and that is another problem! So pretty but too noisy for all the critters! In NY, at my Pet Care Center, that was always a real problem in the summer for the poor boarding dogs and cats! They all needed a bath! Never mind we did it!
The staff at the KM shop in Liverpool said hello to you and wish you all the best for 2011. They thank you for wearing the jeans on QVC. They watch too! They were lovely!! I called to get on the list if our JEANS will come in white or blue in the spring. I would like to wear them on the plane going over in April.By the way we had extra people to feed on Xmas and I went and put on for the first time my red Cashmasoft sweater dress with tights and boots like you had on the evening you presented it. Thanks for always telling your size as I am the same and it REALLY helps! I got the black one as well as they are useful, don’t have to be careful dresses! Hope they make more or that Lennie of Nina Leonard gives us an Extra Small! His stuff runs so roomy because he makes things for Lane Bryant back in the States! We need more Sweater Dresses, real ones!
Lambing is next on the agenda as my friend is pregnant and this year she will not be allowed to help so Edward and I will help her husband Andy as we only keep cattle and MY KITTIES! For sure they are on the way as the boyfriends have been here already!Enough of the Farm! Love to you, and tell Sophie that I did not wear a belt with my cashmasoft red dress at her suggestion to you that night! XXOO Ginny PS I am still looking for boots as on one of my last blogs!

Sounds like you had some lovely Christmas presents! My Emu Jolie slippers are still on the waitlist, but I had some fab QVC pressies – Elemis Milk Bath in the Anniversary Jar, a Canon Powershot XS30 IS camera, some Bare Escentuals make up and an Illy Coffee Maker :o) I’ve used them all so far and am delighted with them. Will look forward to your shows this year, and I’ll keep you informed on how my New Year New Me campaign is going. I’m dusting down the pilates machine and putting my Urban Rebounder back up, making plenty of juices with Jack Lalanne, and more Easyio yogurts, and am also having a think about Diet Chef to give me a kick start!

Happy new year. I’m glad that you had a good christmas and even though you were working on new years eve i hope you still had a good time! We had a quiet christmas and didn’t buy much for each other as we’re still saving our pennies for the wedding! We saw lots of sky lanterns at midnight too and it made me feel really emotional as the next time i will see them is on my wedding day in Crete! New years resolutions are still in tact! Go to the gym more regularly, eat well and stay healthy, and keep up with my Elemis routine! Really sorry to hear about Una’s news. All our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. xxx Gemma

Julia, I have only just got round to it but just wanted to say that I really enjoyed the shows you presented late in the evening on new year’s eve. I texted in to your request for viewers’ favourite QVC moments of 2010 – I said how Kathy Tayler’s “foot cream in the hair” incident was my favourite, and you found the clip to show on air – I was very grateful, and it really made me laugh!!
Your present of a sky lantern was a really thoughtful idea from your family – I hope all your hopes and dreams come true :)
Happy new year (although it’s a bit late!),
    Best wishes,

    Hi Julia
Watched your Pilates presentation with Marjolein tonight with Chris and we are still debating whether to get one or not (I think Chris is interested in using it too!)
The physio put me through it this week after my visit to the Consultant, although I’ve done very well, my foot still isn’t at the right angle and I’ve got alot of intensive and painful physio ahead… he wasn’t kidding!!!!!!!!!! There was some manipulation to bend my foot more which was more painful than putting the dislocation back… ouch! The following day I could hardly walk again and the ankle was twice the size.
To top it all, a little pea size lump has appeared near the outside ankle bone and my sister put me at ease by saying it may be a screw that’s come loose…eek! Anyway, the consultant wasn’t too bothered and said he would investigate and I see him again in 12 weeks.
Unfortunately, couldn’t stay up long enough to watch your Diet chef TSV, but had to laugh when Ali called you ‘Skinny Minnie’… a little green with envy, like myself at your weight loss me thinks LOL! I have asked Ali for some advice on her blog re: what can be used on and around the scars, for future reference.
    Take care

    Hi Julia
Just want to say, you have some lovely people who reply on your blog. So many kind words and good wishes to my friends and family. I have found it so touching, and have passed on the comments to the family involved. Thanks again to everyone for taking time to say a few words, its so kind of you and VERY much appreciated.
The funeral was on Thursday, and was surreal!! He had a great sense of humour, and had the Birdie song played as we left the crematorium!!! EVERYONE just stopped in their tracks and a huge cheer went out, we were all in fits of laughter. It just didnt seem appropriate, but as his brother said, if he was around, everyone in his company was in fits of laughter, so it was actually very fitting.
Apparently, in the pub one Sunday, they had been discussing funeral songs, and he said thats what he wanted, and he also wanted people to do the actions, LOl, no way was I doing THAT! One things for sure, we all felt very low up to that point, but after that, every time we think of him, we all have a good old chuckle. What a guy.
Thank you again to everyone, you have no idea what a difference it made to me.
    Lots of love
    Una xx

Happy New Year to you and yours. I had a great Christmas and New Year with family and friends, and felt very fortunate to receive lots of great presents, including perfume, a beautiful bangle, books and CD’s. I also received a card informing me that a donation had been made on my behalf to Blythswood care, which is a charity. Made me feel even more fortunate to have a family member who is so thoughtful of others. Now 2011 is upon us, I am going to try to keep with my gym programme and eat well, great to see that you are still doing really well with your fitness, it keeps me inspired ! Thanks for your good wishes for the new year and the same to you and yours. Fellas are so lucky that they don’t have to go through the menopause …….. I dream of the day when I no longer have ‘tropical moments’!!
I wonder if you caught any of my Diet Chef or Pilates shows? My weight loss and shaping up is as a result of these 2 QVC products. I kicked off on March 1st last year with Diet Chef and stuck to it rigidly for 1 month, then used it on and off for another couple of months whilst being very aware of the portion sizes I was indulging in. I also got back on my Pilates machine and my treadmill which really helped with weightloss but also firming and shaping. My tip is to do it gradually ( maximum of a pound and a half a week ) and then it is much more likely to stay off.
I wish you all the best ….. you can do it, think how much you lost before as your incentive.
Hope 2011 is good for you

Happy New Year to you too. I visited Aveda the other day and my stylist Michael took a couple of inches off the length just to cut off the dry bits – he’s amazed how good the condition is considering all the heated rollers I’ve been slinging in it lately. I’ve decided not to cut it just yet while I can keep it long and healthy I will – lets face it there will come a time as I get even older when it may start to thin and then I won’t have much choice!

I’m with you on the Dancing on Ice it is my favourite reality show. Unfortunately I missed last night as I was driving in to work but Daniel sky plus’d it for me – now it’s just a case of finding time to watch it!
I never contemplated what happens to the lanterns – I guess I thought they would eventually burn. You’ve got me wondering where mine landed now???? I agree with you about the fireworks – Poppy really hates them. I wish they would just be for Bonfire Night ( the actual night and not for 2 weeks surrounding it ) and New Year, but live and let live I guess.
What a great idea if we could have ‘the’ KM jeans in blue or white although I’m not sure I feel confident enough to wear white skinny jeans?
Did you see the cashmasoft show last night, there were some nice designs and also did you watch the ARA shoe show on Friday – now that’s a range you might like!

It will be lovely to have the sky lanterns at your wedding – will they be able to float out over the sea??
Thanks for your kind words to Una, you have all been so supportive and I’m sure that helps in some small way.
    much love

    Hello Anna
I’m so pleased you enjoyed the shows I did on New Years Eve into New Years Day – we were a bit naughty weren’t we?! The Kathy Taylor clip was so funny and she took it with such good grace!
The sky lanterns were a really thoughtful present from my family – I am very lucky to heave them.
Wishing you and yours a happy and healthy 2011

    Hi Annette
I am so squeamish even the thought of what you are going through makes me feel vaguely nauseous!! The Pilates machine we had on last night is fantastic and I think lightly jumping on the cardio board when you’ve got the OK from your Consultant and Physio would really help with both strength and flexibility. I keep trying to get my Chris on it but not much luck yet, however Daniel is using it now for some specific issues he has.
Ali Young was very funny with the ‘skinny minnie’ comment! That is why I like her, you always know where you are with her – she just says what she thinks …… she’s a hoot and very genuine!
Taking vitamin E and applying it to damaged skin can be useful and you could also try Decleor Prolagene Gel – but wait to see what Ali says too.
Hope 2011 will be an improvement on the latter half of 2010

    Dear Julia
Often read this blog and want to contribute and now I finally got round to it. As Tracy, I also liked your black and cream dress – I think you had it on for diet chef launch. It has got a bit of a 60’s/Biba type vibe about it don’t you think? I could not see anything like it on QVC site. Your hair always looks fab and you have inspired me to grow my hair a bit – there is always that idea that women shouldn’t have their hair long as they get older, but I like that you have ignored that. However, it is nice to have a change of style, I get really bored of mine after a while and then get it cut and then you get interested in it again.
Lots of love for a happy and healthy new year, Nicky

    Hi Julia,
So you didn’t take the plunge then with your hair!? You and Jilly just LOVE your super hair long don’t you! Well one day as you say. Each to their own! Lots of people loving the lanterns too…I understand where you’re coming from Gilly though on the half burnt bits and bobs around the fields for your poor hubby! Oh and Julia I wanted to ask you what you thought of the Burlesque routine on XFactor that’s got so much cover in the headlines. I thought I read that you wanted to see it? Maybe I invented that though..can’t remember. I just remember watcing it thinking oh my!! It is very provocative I think. I’m a major dance fan as I think I’ve said before, but I think that’s to far especially with little kiddies watching! Yes ok there’s an off button but I can think of some youngsters who would not take kindly to having their telly programme turned off!
    Take care,

    Hello Nicky
So pleased you have written on my blog, I love having the ‘chats’ with you all. As I mentioned in an earlier reply the black and cream dress is from Ted Baker – not necessarily something I would normally choose but I absolutely LOVE it – I might wear it today!
Thanks for your kind words about my hair – you are right, you hit 50 and suddenly you are supposed to have short hair. I’m just enjoying mine being long while it is still strong enough and full enough …. I do keep toying with the idea of having a fringe cut in – what do you think??
    Do write again

    Hi Susan
You do remember correctly I am keen to see the Burlesque movie, just haven’t got round to it yet. I loved the routine they did on X Factor BUT I agree with you it was way to risque for that time in the evening.
Maybe we should all exercise more control over the on/off button even if we risk tantrums with our children – it will inspire a little discipline which is sadly lacking in todays society don’t you think.

Hi, wishing you all at QVC a Happy new year, gosh it seems such a long time ago now doesn’t. I got some lovely gifts,a silver bangle,V and R Flower Bomb perfume and a Prada bag,i saw this bag in Selfriges in Manchester and they omly had one left so my partner bought it for me ,arn’t a lucky girl.No slippers though.Saw the Emu slippers in House of Frazer in Bournemouth near me, but didn’t get them. We saw you on the Spanx show the other evening, you said you never wear anything clingy without your Spanx on, i did wonder why some shows you looked slimmer than on others, and that you always wear Spanx tights, i didn’t even know Spanx made tights, now we all know your secret !!! and they do hold you in don’t they. lol.Have to buy some of them can’t find the them on QVC web page though will look on line. Hopeing to go off to spain for a week in April for another house hunting session, going to go further down south this time, a few more properties for sale down there so weve been told. Have to find out when easter is this year and avoid the price hike with flights.Looking forward to some sun shine.

    Hi Julia,
So I didn’t imagine it! Good to know! I have yet to fit in a trip to see the movie too but my brother and his dancer girlfriend saw it and said the story is good. I am a fan of discipline, don’t get me wrong! My family even have a knickname for me relating to it lol! I just agree with lots of others in thinking as it’s a family show it’s not really fair that they put on a routine that is really for adults. I think that form of dance teeters towards something else but not for discussion on here I think lol!
    Take care,
PS I thought the peach top really suited Marjolein the other day – only saw part of one show but I thought you could pass that on for me?

    Hi Kathy
Yes you are a lucky girl with your Christmas gifts! Spanx tights are brilliant – mine are brown on one side and black on the other – they are the best pair of tights I have ever owned! If you find a stockist on line let me know cos I would love some more.
As well as wearing my Spanx shorts for smoothing the silhouette they are also much more sensible for hooking my microphone and talkback units in to rather then a flimsy pair of knickers – don’t wear them under trousers though, no need!
Hope you have a more fruitful house search in Spain this time – we are thinking of selling as we just don’t get over there enough to justify keeping it on.
    Happy 2011 to you too

Hi Julia – Just a quick(it was meant to be oops!!) reply re the new CID cosmetics line as you asked what i thought. I bought the multi selection(i’m a purple girl toox) and must say its a keeper – loved the texture and colour of the eyeshadows(they applied easily and gave great coverage) and thought the light in the lipstick lid with the mirror was genious(just what us girls need at times) and although not makeup, i loved the purple bag, very similar to an Elemis bag(Chrissy TSV 2009) so i’ve now got a set of purple makeup/soap bags!! I also bought the eyebrow set, i’ve been looking for a replacement to another ranges(no longer with QVC)eyebrow pencil and feel i’ve found it with this new CID set although i’ve been enjoying using the Smashbox brow tech too(love Smashbox – basically love QVC beauty especially SB,BE,Elemis,Decleor,OPI,Nails inc and Leighton Denny). I enjoyed the New Years Eve/day’s TSV launch – you were so funny(in a good wayx) at times, never mind the CID people(sip of champagne eh!!Love it)Anyway Julia here’s to another QVC shopping year, cant believe we are into our 17th year how time flies(i’ve been with you since January 1995),i’m already well into my fifteenth order(and thats just since 1st January!!) heho nothing changes and why should it, i’m fantastic at telling my partner David i’ve had things for ages, when they have just been delivered that day/week!! as you would say “bless”xx) Our party went well and everybody seemed to enjoy themselves as well as me as this time round i was lucky enough to be able to organise catering/bar etc and apart from cleaning and tidying the house i didnt need to think about food, drink even glasses, plates and cutlery etc,i would recommend doing this occasionally to anyone as a treat(it really takes the pressure off). Last night i bought the BE set of 20 eyeshadows(on your 9pm BE show) i’m really looking forward to receiving them and was delighted with the three easi-pays(love easi-pays), i was also tempted by the four full size eyeshadows in purple and brown, this set was a great price compared to the normal retail price for one(i think we were getting four eyeshadows for the price of one – great value)- the set sold out very quickly, not surprisingly, and i missed it but i’m delighted with the other set.Look after yourself Julia – i’ll be watching the Tiana B midnight launch tonight – looking forward to it – see you there!!xx By the way congratulations on the weight loss – its not easy to do- your results are fantastic.Love Lindax

Hi Julia, i have found a few web sites that sell Spanx tights, high waist and normal, one is called My Tights. They also sell other brands if your intrested. Although reading a review on one site it said M&S shapewear is just as good and cheaper. Don’t know about that never tried them. Hope it helps.

    Hi Julia
Thank you for your suggestion for Vitamin E and Prolagene Gel for my leg. I did think of Prolagene, but wanted to make certain.
I think that the Pilates machine would help and I did ask the physio about the Total Gym and she said it would be OK, but obviously that is on an incline for the resistance, whereas Pilates has the chords and is on one level, which would be easier. Now, I just need to convince Chris a bit more!

    Hi julia,
I have now received my pilates machine i did write to your blog the other day, i,m diane i don,t if you received it but your a busy lady, oh for got to wish you a very happy new year. I,v got alot of health problems and i am delighted with my machine, ive only been able to have some small tries on it as i have a kidney infection at the moment and feel abit yuk!! the problem i am hoping you can help me with is the lenghth of the cords i feel there abit long for me i am 5’3″ abit shorter than you, the seat seems to come to far down and knocks into the stops. wondering how long you would say, may be when Marjolein is on air again you could ask for some advice, i am really looking forward to using it as i use to love mat pilates, and i must say i was so suprised how easy it was to assemble my husband said it was so easy some of the reviews say its difficult. Also i would just like to say how pleased i am with my elemis bought one of the collections before christmas and have noticed such a diffrence really pleased could you suggest how i can solve the problem with over plucked eyebrows, i hate my eyebrows what i,ve got left!! Noticed bobbi brown has one and its a gel but it has fibres in it to help with sparsness i hav,nt seen it on any of there shows do you no of a natural looking one so sorry i plucked my brows all them years ago, sorry to be a pest watched qvc from day one and love your programmes, so glad debbi has come back i missed her laugh hope you are well and enjoying your new house.
    Regards Diane

    Hello Linda
If that was a quick message!!!!!!!! Only joking, it’s lovely to hear you being so enthusiastic about QVC brands and specific products. Glad you liked the CId range – lovely guests, but I really had to stop sipping the champagne before things got out of hand!
One day I would love to have a party where I just sit back and do nothing. I remember on my 50th birthday party it was all hands to the pump. Ali Keenan had stayed at my house the night before for an extra pair of hands and the children both had friends round helping too. Mind you it was a lovely party so no complaints – even the clearing up wasn’t too bad!!
What did you think of the Tiana B TSV?? It was nice but I really liked the Hot Pick in the black and pink.
    Keep watching and writing

    Hi Diane
I thought I had replied to your previous message – I’m so sorry if I didn’t? I am not quite sure what you mean with cords … do you mean the elasticated cords or the hand straps? I have been trying to get hold of the supplier for you this week but he hasn’t returned my calls yet – he will eventually so keep an eye out on this blog as I will let you know here. If you like Mat Pilates I think you will really enjoy the machine – some exercises feel easier but some are more challenging so a good balance. Hope you are feeling better now and have been able to try a few more things?
I am not too sure about the Bobbi Brown eyebrow product you mentioned – is it not on our website? I am a fan of the original Smashbox Brow Tec in Taupe – I think it looks very natural, but I have also heard good reports about the Laura Gellar one.
So good to know you are still watching after all this time

    Hi Julia
Thanks for the tip about the TSV… will hang on!!!
No decision about the Pilates machine yet, we’ve had quite a lot of interest in the house over the last couple of weekends and this weekend too, so getting a pilates machine will have to wait a while longer, me thinks! I’m getting plenty of exercise because it takes me longer cleaning now… well that’s my excuse anyway!

Hi Julia, Happy New Year to you and your lovely family (a bit late I know) but truly meant. We lost our beautiful son Simon just over a year ago, he was just 34yrs old, and on the anniversary we sent about a dozen of the sky lantens up into the sky with our special messages on, it looked so beautiful as they sailed away. Julie you have said you have a place in Spain where abouts? do you know we have talked and talked of getting a holiday home there, just a little place to recharge, as we are in bits most of the time. Hello Di
Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better and have been experimenting with your Pilates machine. I tend to do a whole tape/dvd – they vary in length from 25 – 45 minutes. Build up gradually, but try to do all the exercises as that really is the best way to get an all round workout. The rebounder is fab – aerobic exercise while really working on your tummy muscles.
I am also waiting for Smashbox browtec to come back in stock – lets hope we won’t have to wait too long!

I am so sorry to hear of your loss – 34 is so young, no wonder you are in bits most of the time. My heart goes out to you and your husband, I can only imagine the desolation you must feel.
Our house is in Javea, about 45 minutes north of Benidorm but very different. It is a bit like the Cornish north coast with cliffs, and is quite ‘green’ for Spain. Just sitting looking out to sea certainly helped me recover from my loss.

Thanks for all your lovely compliments. With regard to my skin, I have had a few issues with psoriasis over the last 18 months so have had to be extremely careful trying new things and have really relied on my old favourites, Decleor Hydra Floral or Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream. I am also a fan of Liz Earle Instant Boost Tonic. It is quite difficult for me to recommend as I’m not an expert, but these products seem to work for me – maybe you could give them a try if you haven’t already
